Get ready to constantly be told how much better and well you're doing, when in fact, you are not. They don't listen, been a patient for years and the only progress I've made is getting better at pretending. That's basically all they teach you to do. They won't believe your suicidal until your already attempting suicide. The case workers don't care, their pointless honestly. I feel hopeless as a patient who's only choice is this due to not having insurance.

I ve been a patient for years and they have truly helped with my TBI and stress from the same. They are highly recommended by me. I moved, so now I get to see how Dallas is.

Compassionate staff with good listening skills. They actually were very considerate towards my needs and very understanding.

Willfully negligent and lax in treatment. Dr. Palchuru cannot be bothered to refill life and mind saving medicine because he is a hack. This place needs to be shut down, and palchuru needs their license stripped. I will be reporting the lack of care to the Texas medical board, as well as to any groups that will listen. Disgusting, abusive, and downright evil.

They overall helped me get back up on my feet amd get back to a better state of health. However, the front staff are generally disorganized and rude. Case managers are interns who rotate through about every six months or so. Since the doctor I loved left, I'm moving on too. My advice is to educate yourself and advocate for yourself with regards to your conditions. They will not hold your hand here and you will have to fight for your wellbeing.

They wasted an hour of my time even with an appointment so I just had to reschedule. Ridiculous.

It's better off not visiting this place for your depression imagining rather than getting more depressed after visiting here to see a Psychiatrist.. Does not want to write a prescription for patient's problem even though it is either small or big issue..I have stopped going there now and want to make sure that I can deal with depression on my own...

You're literally better off going to Chuck E Cheese for Mental Health Services than coming here for so-called "treatment"!! Go anywhere else than here...2 thumbs up

You will come out of this feeling worse than you did before. My very first appointment just ended a moment ago, and I am now trying to recover from it. I am blown away by how unhelpful it was.. instead of feeling better, I left feeling hurt and triggered. Please keep looking, especially if you're someone recovering from trauma. This place is not equipped to care in that way.
