Cheapest breakfast in the Twin Cities! Great look and vibe. Fast service, I had french toast and it was really good.

I never get out of here for under $15 for breakfast. Seems steep but j do like the convenience of the place.

Coops special with their fresh roast coffee is my go to breakfast item.

Good food, old building with cool decor... Had a outside area, but couldn't experience it, because it's Minnesota's winter...

Great place for breakfast or lunch. The patio is beautiful in the warmer months. Coffee could be better, but they bring you your own pot.

Whilst the food wasn't anything unique or "omg you haaaaave to have this", it was all very very scrumptious. They have enough options where you can try something a little different, but also mix and match if you just want pancakes and bacon. There are "different" selections aka "breakfasts" that you can order, and maybe one of those would make me exclaim. To be clear, the food was amazing - certainly top of the line for a cafe.

I got a side of bacon with my "Earth's Breakfast" (2 eggs, cheese, onions, and hashbrowns mixed together). All of which I snarfed down wholeheartedly. I did not get any pancakes, but they looked fluffy and moist, so maybe I'll give those a shot when I go back. Oooo and the coffee, the coffee was quite tasty.

You get a very distinct cafe vibe when you walk in, but it's not tables on-top of tables. There's enough space between so that you don't feel involved in someone elses breakfast.

The service was top notch. They're one of those restaurants where everyone kind of helps out, so that was great. Very friendly and kind.

I highly recommend this place. Om nom nom.

Took a while to get service but it was a busy Sunday. Not a lot of corned beef in the corn beef hash.

Was not happy with my breakfast as the hash browns were way too crispy, even in the middle. And when I asked for onions on my hash browns, they were raw onions, not fried..never had to stipulate fried onions before. Plus, the prices went up A LOT. Not too happy with my breakfast.

Fantastic place for brunch! It was pretty busy on the Sunday that I went, but unlike the other restaurants nearby, they were able to seat us within reason and the food was outstanding! Best pancakes I ve had in a long time!

I got the pork chop and eggs served with hash browns and toast. It was a very hearty meal and the pork chop was very tender and juicy. I'll be back for sure!

Great place, good food. Hard to park and a little small but worth it.

Everyone had excellent breakfast meals. The cheddar hash brown was great and so were the biscuits and gravy. I had the special scramble with bacon, artichoke and Parmesan topped with hollandaise sauce. Also, the staff were great. And the seating was quite nice with a cool patio for outdoor seating.

Have always had good food here. sometime the staff can be a little short with customers...rushed...borderline rude. The ice tea has not very good here.

Wonderful business model, great breakfast food, good coffee. The women's bathroom has a gorgeous mural painted all over it, so fun! Staff were kind and helpful and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.

Had a relaxing, quaint visit at Day by Day Cafe yesterday. I was seated at a cozy booth in the back room that was lined with books and the air toasty which was perfect on the freezing day. I enjoyed #8 on the breakfast menu very quickly after ordering and it came out hot and fresh. As a coffee drinker, I was please to get a thermos of Dunn Brothers coffee at my table so I could keep refilling on my own time. I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Solid place with great breakfast and coffee and their ambience and service is perfect.

Had the special and it was beyond awesome, the egg casserole with chorizo, cheese and jalapenos was delicious. Really want to go again to try some other stuff.

Food was awesome, portions were generous, good coffee!, service was fast and curtious, place is clean and cozy. I highly recommend. It was the best breakfast I've had out in a long time. The pancakes were especially good. The hash browns were very good and not greasy. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were PERFECT!
