I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Odyssey from another dealership in the area (covered under warranty.) Within a couple weeks, the entertainment system stopped functioning. I have brought my
Vehicle into this dealership a total of three times over the course of four months and they haven t fixed the problem. I have left numerous phone calls and messaged and do not receive replies. I have even been up to the dealership to talk to someone in person and received empty promises. My BRAND NEW, COVERED UNDER WARRANTY Honda is STILL not fixed. I will never buy another Honda again.
