Our company purchased an address list for snail mail advertising and were very disappointed. Initially, we received the excel file and it only had 800 addresses, rather than the 1800 we paid for. I emailed the sales rep and she had the rest of the list emailed to me within a couple of days. They claim 95% accuracy and that the lists are triple checked, but this cannot possibly be true based upon the number of mailer that are returning to us undeliverable. I have spent hours going over the returned mailers to correct the errors and get these materials sent back out. A simple google search of the majority of these addresses gives me the correct address and information but we were trying to spare my time and save money by paying $300 for this list rather than thousands of dollars in labor. Out of the 1800 addresses they sent me, only 1200 were actual companies that I could even mail to (the other 400 were individuals or non-existent businesses). I have emailed the company twice now about this issue and haven't heard back. Which is odd because they got back to me almost immediately when I was purchasing the list.

Bunch of crooks! I bought a list for an email campaign and was promised a 95% accuracy rate. Said they'd replace any hard bounces exceeding the expected 5%. I even used the acquisition based email platform they suggested and said got great results. What I really bought were non opt in emails with a 46% accuracy rate. Called up my rep and he says catchall emails, unknowns, soft bounces, and all the other garbage were good emails because they went through so they won't replace anything! Who the hell wants to email somebody who hasn't been with a company for 7 years just because the email goes through!?! Worst list I ever bought and the guy Jesse I dealt with was just plain rude. Said the emails were good and I must've used a bad platform. I used the one you told me to! The guy had a serious attitude when I asked for a replacement list and quit returning my calls. Don't give these scam artists one red cent!

Great place to get accurate emails and mailing lists. I like that you get a dedicated sales rep that genuinely cares about your business.

On the website it said that I would be given 500 emails to try. After a response that I got from them in an email, they said that they only give 500 emails for free if the count was over 2,000. I do not understand. Sounds shady to me.

I purchased a list of sales leads from DatabaseUSA about 2 months ago. I have already made over 7 times my money back in the acquisition of new customers. I used my list for a both direct mail and email campaigns after cleansing the emails and getting opt-ins. Both campaigns were extremely successful and I will definitely be coming back to the well before my next campaign!

Don't buy any responses from this company. They will take your money and deliver garbage. They are not the company they use to be. And when you ask for cleaner data they will just try to sell you more garbage. I was delivered data this year that is less than three present accurate.

I'm sure they will respond denying the fact they deliver garbage, just take a minute to read all the other reviews people have left on Google.
