I worked with Natalie D. at Daley & Associates recently and I had an A+ experience start to finish. She was so incredibly nice, responsive, and supportive. She was in touch numerous times to prepare for my interview, gave me a pre-interview phone prep, and was always open to questions even after hours. She also got me a higher salary offer than what I was shooting for from an employer I never dreamed would be on my radar. I highly recommend Daley & Associates, and more specifically, Natalie D! I even provided Natalie s info to my mother for assistance because I was so impressed. Thanks again for all of you help!!!

I choose to use D&A for our staffing needs despite being located a few states away in NJ for a few reasons. Primarily - they find the best candidates.... They understand your needs, and they know where to find what you are looking for..... And not only 1 great candidate, but multiple - to the point where you are contemplating hiring more than you set out to given the level of talent being coming across your desk..... During the process, you feel as though you have an army of recruiters hunting for top talent to fill your position.

I ve spoke with a lot of recruiters in my search and this place was by far the best I ve talked to. I also worked with the manager on this job placement as well and they provided great advice prior to interviews as well as comments and feedback post interviews.
