Data Facts, Inc. is a wonderful company. they offer a wide variety of products/ services at a very competitive price. Their customer service is top-of-the-line and their staff is always willing to help! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a background screening or mortgage lending company. You will not be disappointed!

Wish ths company woud email me and explain why i would have a hard inquiry on my credit report when i have not contacted them so i know if i should be making a big deal about it or not.

Everyone who is complaining about why Data Facts runs your credit and you not know about the explain is this: if you are applying for a mortgage loan, that bank will pull credit on you using Data Facts software. Therefore, the inquiry that will appear on your credit report will say it's Data Facts doing it, instead of your mortgage company. I am a recent former employee and your lender needs to be advising you that if you see and inquiry on your credit report from Data Facts, it is pertaining to your loan. I hope this gives a piece of mind.

So Bobby Pugh you just let someone run my credit with out my knowledge I will be contacting you first thing in the morning and I better not get the answering machine or you will be hearing from my lawyer

I have no clue how you or why they ran my credit. I have never had any dealing with this company. So I would avoid doing any business with them.

The lending solution operation manger is bipolar and lashes out when her work load is to much does she doesn t know how to talk to people and if y all want to to work for $12.50 at this place go for it you ll get a fake manger and a hr who is a horrible human resource he scared to tell her how to act and treat her employees like human beings this place Data fact is horrible place to work at Laurie isn t fit for her role and David definitely ain t fit to be in hr please the job is toxic and there is NO TRAINING LAURIE GETS MAD AT YOU FOR GETTING ONE THING WRONG AND SHE WILL WRITE YOU UP PLEASE DO NOT APPLY HERE.

Why did this company run a credit inquiry that I did not give them permission to do. I have not applied for any credit nor employment. I have launched a fraud investigation.

They ran my credit and I don't know why, I've never heard of this company, business or whoever they are. If possible my rating would be minus 5 stars.
