Wonderful hospitality. Good location in prime jaipur city; adjacent to shopping market.

I loved this hotel. Good value for money, staff is very good and cooperative. Also, they gave us good guidance for visiting various places in Jaipur.

Worthy to visit, such a nice place, nice food served by them but the condition of washroom were not up to the mark they were untidy and smelly. Managment must be serious in this issue rest was fine. Great experience with great place.

Was there to attend a training, well managed by the staff. Lunch Buffet was good not many options but taste wise it was ok.

I was their to attend few events (4th Aug) and saw super rude behaviour from staff including the manager, the valet driver almost had a fist fight with the owner of a car when he objected to his rash driving. the food was pathetic, they served stale salads and yoghurts in almost every meal that I attended. Jaipur has tons of great hotels, you can easily skip this one.

Hospitality was amazing one of the best hotel in Jaipur there I visit Location of Hotel is also good everything is nearby the whole market call Raja Park is nearby where can you find everything.

An excellent place to stay. Food needs improvement in taste. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is amicable and helpful. Special mention of front office/reception who are very amicable and helpful.

Very good rooms on the club floor . Amazing value for the money kind of property.

Pros : Location is close to the old markets . Tulsi restaurant serves one of the best Rajasthani Thali in town, Staff is generally helpful.

Cons : Swimming pool is small and badly managed , Check in is not that smooth and takes a lot of time.

Ramada is situated in a very well accessible location in jaipur. Amenities are par excellence and totally justify the price. Staying there is a treat and service is ready for you through the clock.

Good hotel to stay, room service is nice . 15 minutes from the airport. Ola /uber is easily available it's center to the city.

This awesome hotel for stay if you guys use travel site you get a great price of here this hotel is one of the best hotel in Jaipur there are many options and all services available like WiFi ,breakfast, dinner etc. The hote staff is too supporting and room are too clean..if you need stay in Jaipur than Ramada is best option..I will suggest to stay there hopefully you guys enjoy..

Personally we are concerned and possibly even confused of why this hotel is rated 5*.

Air Conditioning is noisy and don t even cool the room like as if you were in an air conditioned room.

As an overseas visitors, least you would expect is a sealed bottle of mineral water. This is the only hotel which I have noticed gives you Aro Water in a glass bottle filled in the hotel. When questioned, the answer was, sir it is chargeable service to have mineral water. We have been visiting India every year since 1994 and this is the ONLY ONE who doesn t provide at least a nice bottle of water.

Television channels are mainly unsubscribed . Is this 5* service.

Don t fall for photoshopped images on their pages, they are deceiving you.

The mattress and pillows are no way of great quality definitely not to what you will find in a 5*.

The closing of other doors in the hotel is too noisy and you can hear other guests talking.

Heard one guest requesting for a towel and the person from the hotel arguing with the guest saying, why do you want one, we have given you one; the guest said, we are two and want us to use one towel , this hotel is a joke.

Just because they provide the items and activities for a 5*; they have this rating, but actually we would class this as either a 3* or might be kind enough to give it another 1.

Our package holiday company was even shocked when we called them to raise our concerns as they have been booking our tours for last 15 years.

Finally, if you reached to this point of reading this, please read all the replies from the owner / manager, everyone of them are copied and pasted. This will prove how lazy the management of this hotel is.

We will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone
