The hotel staff is very uncooperative with visitors. Their policies and practices are unclear ,unfriendly. Even if someone visits to meet a guest he is denied for I'd issues ,even he is with guest

Worst service ! Worst repsonsive staff ! Worst relation with customer ! Any foreign or indian clients I suggest take some better option rather than this place ! Complete loss of prestigious of oneself.

Awsome experience v had in ramada jaipur... biggest plus point is that it is situated in the middle of pink city which makes it really easy to reach other tourist places... like markets and forts etc. service was fantastic.. breakfast was really good buffet. having a nice pastry shop. with a pool on terrace accompaning a restaraunt at pool side on terrace. nice and clean rooms wth amiable staff.

I stayed there two times. Reasonable 4star hotel. Located at the entry point of the city far from the city rush. Raja park local market is behind it to explore. Evening is gorgeous here in this market specially for one who visits food joints here in this market. Pink Square is the nearest mall to visit having multi brand showrooms therein. All the famous places are within the reach from Ramada. Check out the hotel tariffs on online portals once before finalisation as many times it has fantastic deals on rates on online sites.

Trying to Book through the Hotel Sales team was not great. Firstly they quoted 50% higher than make my trip for the same room package. And secondly they wanted from me 30 days advance for the booking. I offered then to pay after every 4 th day, which was not acceptable to them. Since Make my trip was way cheaper than their offer, I decided to Book for a week and checkout their service. Experience of stay was not that one should expect from atleast a 4*. Having Breakfast was a nightmare. Very poor service, though the breakfast spread is good. You would have to fight for space and plate with other residents as the arena becomes a lot noisy and crowded with lot of guests,. Basically, it is unmanageable and messy. Would be a real challenge to have your breakfast peacefully here. But yes.. You may find your peace if you reach for the breakfast before 8.30am.
Rooms are not as spacious. Room Service and housekeeping service is also slow.

I think the hotel is doing a good business that's why they lack ethics.
They demand money Everytime you order room service....as they say that it's from reception side and hotel policy....that amount should be paid that time only not at the time of check out.. as they fear that guest will not pay afterwords...Grow up....worst experience..will never ever visit any Ramada property in my life....
