Excellent service provided by all the dealing persons. One aspect requires improvement..... check-in procedure. When tourist or family arrive, should be provided with welcome drink and if not, then at least waiting should be minimised. On the date of checking out I found at least 10,12 guests waiting for check in. These include children also having less patience.
Very cosy environment of hotel, nice stay, good food.. Like the ambience..
Rich experience there...world class hotel for stay and conferences.guests across the globe reach there and get services.
room service was good... swimming pool facilities can be improved.. Spa was awesome..
The staff here was friendly and the room comfortable. Nice stay in Ramada Hotel breakfast was also very good
Ramada Jaipur is located at a very accessible location. While moving from Narayan Singh Circle to tri-moorti circle and then towards raja park I was able to site Ramada Jaipur easily. There is a gas station just infront of the main entrance to Ramada. Nearby landmark is Panchvati circle, famous for a temple, and also for being one of the only two circles(in jaipur) having five diversions, other being paanchbatti. The locality, Raja Park, is one of the most sought after shopping destination for the population. The area have many eateries too. Among the street food stalls, the gol gappa walas(all of them) stand out. They serve amazing taste. Ramada, itself is a big property. Largest in the area. Parking is available for both two wheelers and for four wheelers. The staff is well trained. You won't notice stares on you( although there could be exceptions). The details of the number of rooms in the hotel would be best to look on the official website. While you enter the hotel, the reception is on your left and towards right is space for guests to sit and while there is some due process to be followed. On extreme right, Ramada organise their breakfast (maybe lunch and dinner too). The receptionist will give the basics and the necessary information regarding your room and what you have booled for. There will be a form to fill, in which the basic info about where you are coming and where will you go, and the city of your permanent residence will be asked. You will be asked for your id(s). Once you are done with all the formalities, you will be assigned a room. The initial digit of the room number gives you the floor number. The receptionist will direct you to the elevator and you can now move. The room I was in was very clean(except for one or two unworthy of mentioning spots). Whatever you were told, about the room and he facilities within, you won't have to ask for it. There was a safe in my room, (I'm guessing it same for all others). Mini bar, mini firdge, t.v. , table, chair, a.c. ,etc. as it was told and all working!!!(:p). Laundry service available. In room dining is avaipable round the clock. Everything is expensive compared to most of the domestic hotels, but everything is exceptional compared to them again. There is a poolside rooftop restaurant, and more.
room size is a bit small... slippers are not kept in rooms. that are 2 minus points
Pathetic behaviour of the staff. Very uncordial. Congested parking.
Cleanliness is always maintained, nice banquet halls to have a party with reasonable gathering.
Nice hotel to stay in, with focus to drive in on providing more quicker facilities.
Excellent hotel, nice 4star hotel with great service
Location is good, restaurant was on roof top with average food. There are many better options available in Jaipur
nice environment. good service.reasonably good food.
Ramada is a nice hotel near to city centre. we extended our stay in Jaipur and settled for Ramada as the hotel was next to city centre, the area we wanted to visit during extended stay.
Front staff was welcoming. The room was also good with modern interiors.
The breakfast spread was great, many indian dishes along with typical western break fast fare. Tried little bit of everything.
Best was the masala tea served in earthen cups - kulhads.
Overall it was a nice stay. Good service team.
It was okay, slow service in alot of places. Rooms were okay, beds were too small.
It's a good hotel with nice rooms and great location, no guests are allowed after 9:00 PM ah strange
Ambience of the place was quite pleasent and the food was also good
We went there for dining and bar. It was really a nice experience. The staff is frendly. People r courteous!! Nice food. Not really upto my taste but it was good for all orhers. There is a flower shop as well in the ramada, which is good too. The owner of the flower shop,it too sweet. We even had our marriage function through her only.
Nice and cozy place, nice service and nice buffet. All good.
It's a very luxurious hotel. It's not suitable for a lower class family. Facilities & services are good.
Hotel good....location is ok...in market...little noisy
Pathetic service at the bar, even the receptionist was not polite enough to hear what we are asking for..wonder how it's a 5 star..do think before booking here...tooo bad experience.
Probably the best place to stay in this town they had good service and food. Very nice reasonable gift shop here
ROOM ARE GETTING Downgraded day by day...Room service also little bit slow... Rest were good...
