Food is good but when there is a little rush management lacks there

5star hotel situated in Rajapark Jaipur.
Near to wall city.

The hotel didn't meet up to the expectations from a five star.Service is very slow and attitude casual.But dinner at rooftop is awesome.You have to ask for everything you need.

Service is ok but lots of scope to improve. Doesn't match Ramada standards

It's a really great place to stay and it's worth the money

The hotel rates it self as a 5 star hotel but this is what comes out of the tap...if at all they give you the water supply. No water supply for almost 3 hours after check in. The maintenance staff that comes is so ignorant and rude that he does not bother to inform before leaving if the issue is resolved or not. After calling the reception for nearly 3-4 times they take the pains to come and resolve the concern.
To top this all the TV in the room is subscribed to only 15-20 channels. Rest all appear as unsubscribed channel. God knows what they are charging for then?

Ramada is a very good hotel with wonderful facilities. The food is very nice and the room service is also good. They provide newspapers to each room and has a nice lobby.

It has one of the best services , rooms are well maintained, Location is ok.

3 star hotel located centrally in the heart of Jaipur City. Ambience is excellent and service matches it's name and fame. Worth visiting with family and friends to enjoy and celebrate your day.

The interior and food was good. However there can be parking issues as there is no proper parking space

A very nice place to stay in Jaipur... Swimming pool is in terrace and everyone there is very courteous and helpful.

Hotel with nice ambience but with ok quality of food. Menu consists of food items meant for only foreign customers. Another thing should be considered by management is poor quality of vallet parking service which is very bad.

One of the finest hotels of the city. Professional staff, variety food, also have option for party of 100-200 people as well as nice idea for family , friends or partner.

Hotel services are good. Food is if superb and clean tasty.Meeting hall's are fine for seminars conferences.I have been attending conferences quite often.

I love putting up here..good place,good staff,good breakfast, decent rooms. The only thing which I didn't like and happened with me twice was that I was made to wait for 30-45 mins for check-in since rooms were not ready. This hotel gets 3.5stars but don't have option hence giving 4
