I have been here twice for attending functions ... Food Quality and taste is good

All good except for the roof top restaurant and bar

The Hotel is right in the heart of city- enjoys a great location so has a good occupancy all through the year. The Indian pure vegetarian restaurant & bar have a decent menu . But the rooms need a renovation badly . The linen is old and tattered. No bathroom slippers or iron board . The room service is very poor too probably they are short of staff . The management claims of full occupancy even in off season is surprising.

We were here for a event on 11 May , evening in Jupiter banquet... everything was ok but I was surprised to see the catering staff did not know how to handle and serve engagement cake after cutting...they just kept a 3 tier cake as it is with food and expected guests to cut it by themselves and have it...A nice cake was wasted and destroyed by kids and i wont say it was kids fault as they would want to have anyways...nor did they had any courtesy to save some for Bride & Grooms immediate relatives , who obviously cannot have dinner unless all of the guests are done...i felt these are very generic and common practice which should be followed by any banquet or catering provider...

5 star hotel. I have ever visited & stayed. Superrb one.

Undoubtly it's nice hotel with very well mannered staffs. Restaurant is good providing multiple options in food.Good room with clean bathrooms. What else you need....!

I asked in the reception about their ratings and I was told that they are 4.5-star hotel providing 5-star services. I think they deserve to be rated as 5-star. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had a very comfortable stay there. The restaurant which is located in the lobby area is an excellent place for dining. We had dinner in it 3 days in a row. Every day the served different types of food and every day the food was extremely delicious and at a moderate price. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly. They had a big smile on their faces all the time. In addition, they are willing to share their experiences with you while providing an excellent service.
I think everyone who visits Jaipur should stay at Ramada hotel. It's very comfortable, enjoyable and they offer good rates.

Great Grand Hotel. The prices are a bit high though compared on website. Great place to stay for a leisure travel.

The Service of Ramada Hotel was awsome. Hotel was luxurious and I can't review about the rooms because I want there for an event only for few hours.

Although I didn't stay there, it's a good place from outside.

A bit overpriced. Staff was excellent. Room was quite good. Linen and pillow covers had stains.

A very nice place to stay with great amenities. It's located well, and they're very willing to help with anything you need. The room wasn't as clean as I'd expected - the bathtub in particular was quite dirty. They're very willing to sort out any issues, but at this price I should be having any in the first place. Otherwise, a great experience - and a good enough breakfast!

Hotel Ramada is 4 star hotel offers royal luxury hospitality in the heart of pink city.The food of this hotel is good but expensive.The location is awesome.Basically its good for business meetings.Must visit place.
