Would not recommend this school to anyone. Librarians are not trained, they told me I didn t need a book when I in fact did. Professors don t put grades in the grade book. The professors also don t communicate well with their students. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

This school has been a godsend over the past 7 months. Genuine teachers that make the classes engaging, nice environment, and great culture. Support to students has been incredible for me so far. Being current military, it was tough to find a school that would transfer my CCAF credits that I earned while in tech school. DCTC made things silky smooth when transferring them over. Do not hesitate to check this place out.

I ve been here for two years, the teachers are amazing and I like the way they re teaching us and also they re nice and helpful. Also the facilities they do help me in every time. Every single person is working there is nice and offers good service to help students. I like DCTC.

Received my second degree here and they accepted a respectable number of credits from a previous college. Someone from admin called me a year or so after graduation and asked if I had gotten anywhere with my degree. When he found out what I was doing and where I had gotten in life he nearly dropped the phone. Thanks DCTC for sending me places in life I didn t think were possible. But remember folks what you get out of it isn t any more than what you put in.

Didn t have the best experience overall. The instructor for the automotive technology class was only genuine once while he was teaching me something. Every other time, there was sarcasm and rudeness when trying to ask him questions. Not to mention half of the kids (quote kids ) in the class were constantly on their phones and messing around. I wouldn t have minded, except that we were placed in groups, therefor graded as a group. I wouldn t return for the fact that I learned more working 3 months on the job than I did going 6 months to school, not to mention it was paid for.
