Contour Mortgage is the best. They helped me with five loans and l'm going to do the sixth loan. Tim Higgins did an excellent job helping me with the loans and I recommend anyone to him and Contour if they need a loan

My first time experience with going with a loan lender, and it was horrible, would not recommend to anyone. We had to go to a different loan lender because there was no follow up, emails left unread and ultimately we had to get this corrected by another mortgage company to be able to close on time.
One of the most stressful things getting a home only to be made even more stressful by this company. After months of responding and getting every document that was requested towards the end when we were cleared to close one small hiccup on my excellent credit and then they pulled the entire loan. Luckily I was able to go with another company who offered me an even more competitive rate that this place was ever able to offer along with closing costs which were lower around $4,000. I would also give 0 starts as this company has only given me issues snd did not provide any assistance to me.
I was totally new to the home buying process and wanted to see where I would start IF I wanted to buy. The person I spoke to (Sergio) knew that I wasn't set on buying, just looking into it and wanted to know more. On my first phone call with him, he pulled a HARD credit check WITHOUT telling me. When I saw that it lowered my credit I was infuriated.

I used Mr. Pervaiz Iqbal as my loan officer. Mr. Iqbal was always available and returned any missed calls in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond to try and push my file through so both of my closings would happen not to far apart. I hit a few bumps I the application process but those were out of Mr. Iqbal s control and even then he tried his best to make sure I stayed on tract. He went as far as working on my file on the weekends when I needed him to do I could get approved and get a closing date. I highly recommend contour and Mr. Iqbal.
