What a kind loving caring staff. I came here and I was so scared. These people were so nice to me. They cared about me. The reassured me and acted like I matter. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate them. They got me in and got me out and I know that it wasn t empty in there. Desert Valley, thank you all so much. I appreciate each one of you.

I was seen in a very prompt and professional manner. The Dr was very thorough.and staff.
Talk about awful service. Specially from emergency room at night time. My mother went in they had her waiting for more then 8 hours without giving her any update on her health. I and my siblings kept on calling because we wanted to know what was going on just for the rude as Lady on phone to tell us that we were calling to much and that s why my mom had a phone to call her. It took so much for me not to tell her off. And then my mom tried talking to the nurses and just Got ignored talk about unprofessionalism. Never again they act like they don t get paid to get there.
The wait time was reasonable given the Covid situation. The doctor listened intently to my situation. The lab techs drew blood without leaving bruise marks. Every staff member was helpful and attentive. For my situation, my primary care physician will continue to monitor me.
I wouldn't receive care from this this dump. There is a reason why they call it "Death Valley". I went into the emergency room for a severe panic attack after a wedding and sure I over drank but who doesn't? This lady named Val was so rude to my family practically kicked them out of the ER waiting room, not sure what her title is, but she wheeled me in the triage and pretty much was rushing me to get off the wheelchair and sit on this chair in the hallway where there were other patients, she then proceeded to read my chart out loud and laughed saying, "drinking at a wedding!" like if she had better things to do. I told her that I did not appreciate her judgment that I had other medical issues that I was in for and I did not appreciate her blurring out my whole chart and making fun of me. She wanted to argue with me (the patient) stating that she was only stating what the paramedics had written and I am entitled to my own opinion. I said that was against HIPPA and that I am also part of the medical field and I would never no matter what treat anyone with such poor patient care regardless of what they came in for. Val is unethical, unprofessional and should not be working with people.
The wait wasn't too long. I was in and out in 4 hours. That's the shortest time in the ER for me. The staff was awesome and friendly. I had a great experience going to the ER. I went at night so that might be why it wasn't packed. I thought I broke my hand and they got me into a sling right away so I didn't have to keep holding my hand. The staff really made the night easier.
Amazing service, great staff. I felt welcomed and cared for. They treated me with respect and I felt they truly cared for my well-being. A lot of people complained because of the wait and I understand that they are in pain but also the staff are working hard and people need to understand they don t want you to wait long and if you were waiting long be grateful, If you were waiting for a long time that means that you are OK, when you see somebody go right away be thankful you re not in their position.
Everyone was very nice and took good care of me. The nurse's exercised great patience with the persons who came in for treatment. A lot of them were extremely rude. But the nurse's patience with these persons was an excellent example for me to work on my patience
The staff are really nice but wish they would work fast had my 2 year old daughter waiting outside with an open wound. Until finally went in and still Waiting a few hours before treating her wound and they only took like 10mins to do.
Had a great experience at Desert Valley. The staff was amazing. It did take quite a while to get the stuff done I needed done but that's expected this day and age. Best experience I have had at a hospital in a long time.
