Chad did a great job helping us install some electric cables for our kitchen. They were very responsive, gave us a heads up when they were on the way, and were able to do the install the next day. I would definitely use them again. My only complaint is they recently began charging an initial service fee for the first inspection/quote. We almost didn't use them because of it, as the price seemed pretty steep for not performing any work (it would be more understanding if that fee were later deducted from cost of project if we went with them, similar to a mechanic diagnostic). That said, in the end their price came in $400 cheaper than another electric company in town, so they still are worth considering if the job is big enough. Overall we highly recommend them!

Levi was great!!! Had an issue with my heater not working, Levi quickly diagnosed my issue turns out it was a bad thermostat. He had the parts he needed on his van and was able to get me fixed up right away!! Before leaving Levi gave me a quick run down of how the system worked. Couldn t be more pleased with my experience!!!

Red called earlier than my appointment to let me know that he was available as the previous job went faster than expected. I was pleased to get the call and he was here in 20 minutes. Red and his assistant arrived with masks and shoe covers. They added an outlet in the bathroom with no problem. I have used Dailey before and the were always great. This time was no exception. Totally professional and the job was completed quickly.

John with Dailey electric was excellent. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. Walked us through how he was going to fix it and demonstrated afterwards that everything was up and running. He even wiped his boots every time he came in and went out of our home. Very professional!

We remodeled our entire home. I had planned to do the remodel myself including the electrical. Because of limited time I hired Dailey Company to all the electrical work which included adding wafer lights to every room, grounding the home, rework all the switches and plugs, wiring for appliances, adding additional indoor and outdoor plugs and lighting. The initial quote was way over what I had planned for the electrical work. Dailey Company sent two electricians, Red and Nathan, to work on this project. These guys made me feel like I was their only client. They were professional, timely, and attentive to every need. As I was doing the other remodeling I watched their work for weeks. About two weeks into the electrical work I had to hire another contractor to come in and rework some framing because we found termite damage. This required the electricians to work together with the framing contractors and some electrical work had to be delayed and reworked. One day after the electricians left for the evening I was talking with the framing contractors and they talked about the electricians. They were so impressed with how accommodating and easy it was to work with them. He was joking and said, "Are these really electricians?" He said this because in his experience of working along side electrical contractors there was typically conflict because they were hard to work with and Red and Nathan were so helpful and professional.
Now that the work is done I absolutely love my home. Every switch, plug, and light is in the perfect place because of the advice and guidance of Red and Nathan. Now that I see the results of the original quote, I know this was money well spent and they were worth every penny. I could not be happier with my home. When people come over, they always comment how they love the lights. :).

I asked Dailey for electrical work and they sent their best to work on my home. Thank you Dailey, but mostly thank you Red and Nathan for caring so much about the work you do and the people that you serve. May you be blessed as you have blessed my family.

Dailey was highly recommended to us by some friends. We had them come out to work in a very elusive electrical problem and troubleshooted quickly and had us fixed up! We had them come back another time to replace outdoor lighting. Red and Nathan are great technicians and very kind towards the customers. We definitely recommend them and give Dailey 5 stars!

Can was great. He was informative and helpful. He did the installation in a quick and timely fashion and didn't mind waiting for the electric company to come restore power to make sure the AC and everything worked properly. Good company. They stuck with the original pricing and didn't add anything for the extra time they were here.

The scheduler and the electrician were prompt about scheduling and completing the repairs. The only improvement I would ask is to have someone call if they are going to be late. Fortunately I only had to wait 25 minutes.

Dailey receives excellent reviews on our neighborhood blog, so we called them this morning when the ceiling heater/fan/light unit went out in our bathroom--with 35 degree temps due tonight! Will Polk and his assistant were here within an hour and fixed it in 20 minutes. Courteous and friendly. Will go back to Dailey for sure.

Red and Chris came out within an hour of me calling for an appt (others I called couldn't come until next week) and did a great job of fully diagnosing the multiple issues I was having. I am somewhat of a DIY guy for minor things like replacing outlets, and Red really took the time to walk me thru how to do follow-up repairs myself when he could have easily been in a hurry to get to next appointment or made sure that I only hire a professional. I will definently be calling Dailey (and requesting Red) again in the future!

Best price to install gas line for back yard grill. Got it done fast and did a great job. Also threw in for free repair to broken pipe in back yard to sewer when I showed it to them after they did the gas line. Very well done. Mike, Peter and Skylar were all excellent.

The two men that came to our home were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. One of the things that we really appreciated besides their hard work was they went around our home with my husband. They looked at different problematic issues, and gave us suggestions as to what needed to be done. We will definitely call Dailey Company again for our other electrical issues.

Nathan and John Luke were great assisting with pesky light fixture and getting me set up on some new (additional) can lights in master bedroom.

I have used them before on electrical issues and was pleasantly surprised. This time they came to the rescue of a AC problem that two different TRANE authorized dealers could not figure out. Levi was great in listening to the issue and the description of how long and what was happening. He cared enough to fix the issue and not put a band aid on it.

The techs called ahead and were able to come 5 hours early. Assessed, diagnosed, and fixed a house and system wiring problem at half the price of estimate in 20 minutes. These guys are great and were Johnny-on-the-spot during the third week of 100+ degree temps in August. Heck yes I'll call and use these guys again! Very satisfied and impressed. :D

Red, Will and Nathan were amazing! They were punctual, polite, and more than willing to do whatever work I threw at them! We had fans installed, lighting fixtures, a bathroom vent and a ton of questions about other things they happily answered! We would recommend them in a heartbeat, and we have done a lot of home repair ourselves! With them it is just easier and better to call a professional!

I've used Dailey for yrs now (we have multiple props in C.S. Tx), Carol is prompt & courteous with every call, Jason is more than ready to assist in any matter, i've had great experiences with all techs. But Red IS top shelf. Red & his assistant Chris have exceeded expectations @ every call. Red is clear on all he's doing & willing to explain each step where the costumers understands, & no upselling just practical. Red & Chris will clean up after themselves, wipe boots before entering or wear protective covers over boots i can't say enough about these two & thanks to Dailey for having these employees, wish i could give more than 5 stars. I needed a creative lighting solution for a newly refurbished room that will be used for a large GI Joe diorama and scenery with customized shelving. Red came up with an unobtrusive overhead LED track lighting and under shelving plan without disfiguring newly painted ceiling, walls, and customized stained oak shelving. It included one light switch with a dimmer to control all the lighting.
