I've used Dailey for yrs now (we have multiple props in C.S. Tx), Carol is prompt & courteous with every call, Jason is more than ready to assist in any matter, i've had great experiences with all techs. But Red IS top shelf. Red & his assistant Chris have exceeded expectations @ every call. Red is clear on all he's doing & willing to explain each step where the costumers understands, & no upselling just practical. Red & Chris will clean up after themselves, wipe boots before entering or wear protective covers over boots i can't say enough about these two & thanks to Dailey for having these employees, wish i could give more than 5 stars. Keep up the great costumer service, you'll are greatly appreciated.
