Let me start by saying this 3 star review has nothing to do with the employees. Dailey has done work on two of my residences over the past five years. I have had nothing but positive encounters with Matt, Red, Carol, and Chad. They are all competent professionals who have done outstanding work. The reason for the lackluster review is due to the pricing change. In the past, work was charged at an hourly rate. You could expect a $300 - $400 bill (plus materials) for 4 - 5 hours work. Since the change, the price has gone up substantially. I had a 4 - 5 hour job quoted at almost $1400 dollars for labor (difficulty rating was listed at 1, not sure the scale though, I am assuming 1 is the least difficult). I had already purchased $200 worth of materials so they were not included in the price. The price includes the $59 service fee that you are responsible for whether work is preformed or not (basically for an estimate in my case). I was notified about the service fee before hand. However, I had not anticipated an almost 200% increase in pricing for labor. I was able to locate another veteran owned/led company in town with comparable reviews. They did the same job for $495 with no service fee.

What a great experience! I received a text and email notice of Levi Teague being on his way. I'd just called an hour before with a non-functioning A/C system. Additionally, this notice included Levi's picture and brief bio. Upon arrival Levi efficiently evaluated and troubleshot my A/C, found and replaced the faulty components, then made sure to instruct me on the operation of the new components. Kept the work area neat and clean. Very pleasant and personable. I would have no qualms requesting Levi for any other A/C project at my home, and neither should you.

We use The Dailey Company all the time at our property and they have never let us down! They're typically able to send someone within an hour from the time we call, and can even typically fix the problem same day. Most recently, we had a huge problem that impacted an entire building that was supposed to take 8 hours once the part was received. The utility company was very dubious on the part availability, price, and time it would take to make the repair. However, The Dailey Company jumped right on it! They had the part the next day, and repaired the issue in just 2 short hours. I have to communicate with a vast number of residents, so the constant ability to over deliver made possibly by The Dailey Company is a HUGE asset. There's a reason they don't have a single negative review! They are an amazing company with a family first attitude! You can tell that comes from the very top and works it's way right on down to the technicians that will service your issues. Thank you Dailey for being one of the good ones!

Super impressed with Dailey. Unlike some others, their service was hassle free and very professional. They arrived at the beginning of the time window. We were scheduled from 1-3 p.m. and the technician showed up at 1:04. Very reasonable on price also.

Dailey Electric Inc. is a great company with great employees, from the receptionist to the technicians. I had an emergency come up just before New Years when I discovered both my smoke detectors, one of which was barely a year old and an electrical switch were not functioning properly. Dailey Electric was recommended to me and i called them. Two men responded at the time scheduled: Robert aka "Red" and Chad. They quickly trouble shot the assemblies then replaced my alarms and replaced the defective components in the light switch. They are clean, professional, fast, friendly and personable, before they left I knew exactly how to test the alarms, haw to maintain them (i.e. when to change the batteries and the recommended life of the product) and what their capabilities were. The service was excellent and the charges were very reasonable. I nominate them for "Best in the Brazos Vally"; they do a great job.

John arrived on time and proved to be very knowledgeable and professional. Worked steady and vey diligent about his quality. Great performance.

We had a problem with a circuit breaker tripping. We called Dailey Electric and Chad came out to check out the problem. He was on time, professional and thorough. He found the issue and took care of it. Overall, I'm very happy with the service that I received.

Red and Nathan we re so nice! Took time to explain the issues, and didn t charge for things I didn t need to fix right away.
They came back to install my new ceiling fan and when opened the box and realized it was messed up, they waited for me to return the fan, and get a new one so they could install it the same day !! Wow!! So impressive !!

Called the electrician to help with an electrical issue I couldn t figure out. Chad spent 2 hours, diagnosed and fixed the issues. Fixed a safety issue with our plug. Very happy with Chad and the service he provided. I thought the price was reasonable as well. Will definitely call them again.

Red and Nathan installed a Tesla Wall Connector for me. They came out the morning after I called, and did an excellent job. They even got a wire down a wall I'm sure wasn't easy, so they wouldn't have to cut out drywall that I would need to have patched later. 10/10 would recommend

As a self employed business owner, customer service and quality are high attributes. Robert and Nathan were truly both of these two characteristics and our family appreciated the kind and prompt service and workmanship we received from them. They addressed our issues and were able to get them repaired so that life could continue on. The Dailey Co. and Robert and Nathan are valued folks here in Aggieland.

Installation of new lights in garage. Change out security light outside. The techs arrived on time, were friendly but polite, and got the work done immediately. This is the 3rd project I've had where I called Dailey Company out to do work for me. I believe in customer service and do not provide frivolous reviews. This company has a great reputation with me.
