Great place to take the kids during the day to play games and have lunch.

I catalog it with 4 stars just because of the slow service

It has great games. I spend the day with my family here. We all enjoy ourselves.

The service is great, staff always greet you with smiles no matter how hectic it may get in there. Nice look, spacious, ultimate gaming space, great food and drinks.

All though the restaurant it self was clean and friendly the cost of the game play was rather high. It will most likely limit the time I bring the kids.

Very nice place. Drinks and food were good. Staff did their best to mask the incompetence of management at this location. Came with a party of 12. They had no protocol in place to seat more than a party of 10. What a joke. Waited 2 hours to be seated. Will not return to this location. Corporate may want to rethink granting a franchise to these people

It's everything one could expect and so much more. Amazing game selection, and variety. Everything from your carnival classics, to recognizable video game & comics franchises, alongside Virtual Reality is well represented here. The dining is likewise superb, considering how reasonable the pricing for the entrees are. Be sure to take advantage of the Dine & Play combo deal, that gives you an entree and plenty of game chips for one price. Service was great as well.

Donated $5 to make a wish in front of place. Got a promo card for free $20 power card when you purchase a $20 card. Went to cashier and asked for the 20/20 deal and gave card. I was charged $26 because the employee told me D&B upcharges the $6...that there is no $20 card when super charging. I said ive had coupons before and paid 20 and got 20...in fact had rhe offee that day on the app that i used! Rhey said "thats just the way it is... and how they make ...money!" I was DUMBFOUNDED! I work in retail and would never explain something to a customer that way...telling me D&B is stealing $6 bucks from me....meanwhile I gave the $5 to charity plus an up charge of $6....didnt save much! Will only stick to app purchases now since in store likes to con customers!

The food is frozen and not even heated properly. The service is absolutely terrible. The restaurant is never packed and yet it takes 45mins to get seated. The adults they hire are better off playing the video games. I have had far too many bad food experiences here then to ever eat the food here again.

Food and Service is great. I sit at the bar always, shout out to Chris, Caitlin and Israel as they are seem to be there and take care of me.

The place is OK; but could've been a lot better if there's more and better arcades (specially those that you can challenge a friend to a fight, like the street fighter types of games). The 3* was for the lack of fighting games and the lack of options for tickets/points for prizes. A $100.00 won't last you too long, so be prepared if you wanna have a day in the arcades.

My experience was way better then expected! Manager Ed and his team helped accommodate my party of 25 people. We rented the private room in the back with buffet dinner, drink tickets and game cards. I will start with how clean the establishment was. The carpets were very well taken care of, everything was super shiny. The food was delicious both the main dishes and the sides. We could not believe how many games there were with decent ticket pay outs and fair prize redemption amounts.. The drinks were super creative, very fun and tasty. Thank you Ed for staffing the event accordingly. Everybody had an amazing time.

I would like to have the waiter/waitress follow up with us more often. Instead hunting down our waitress for our check.

The games were awesome and the gift shop was really cool, but the food was kinda meh. Though I don't see many people going there for food...

Went here on a summer week day for the kids. They loved it and enjoyed turning their hard earned tickets in for candy at the end. Would like to come back and try the food. Seating area seemed nice with lots of TV's to watch whatever event you could be interested in.

Lots of kids on Fridays and the weekend. Gathering up tickets are fun and they change the prize stock every now and then, so you can save up and go back another time. Just don't lose your card. The Mario cart game seems to have been fixed now. Before the wheel was completely loose and when you're selecting characters flew all over the place, but now it selects horizontally smoothly and you feel the wheel clunk as it goes from one icon to the next. Wish however all games like the Luigi haunted mansion and other shooting games gave ticket prizes instead of nothing.

The new Staten Island location is disappointing. Games and ambiance is very nice. Food service is terrible, 4pm on a Monday, seated at a dirty table, takes 10 minutes to get a server, then 10 mins for them to arrive, then over a half hour to get the food. Only ordered sliders, wings and the dip trio. Burgers were sad and cold, wings dry. The dip trio was actually pretty good. The table next to use was dirty the entire time we were sitting over an hour, passed by countless employees, there doesn't seem to be any busters either. Servers are giving you food, then picking up garbage on the floor and touching plates etc.. not very sanitary. Doesn't seem to be any presence of management, workers seem to be a free for all. Hostesses are clueless and have no experience clearly. Upsetting after this place just Opening and to see already lack of care and supervision. Will be back for the games and maybe some drinks and chips, but very dirty and questionably sanitary food practice. Please upper level management get this place together before too late.

Slow service, food wasn t right, cold , over cooked. They did comp our meal but couldn t get money back for unused token cards.

To make the long story short, we went there for my son 14 years birthday. They were not accommodating to our group. They let us wait until we complained. Refused to let us in with our home made cakes until we asked to speak to manager. Then they allowed it. They let our group of about 20 sit on one table. We had to find an empty table to sit the rest of us. Then let the group of kids about my son age sit without taking our order until we complained. The worst was assistant general manager coming to me and tell me we have to leave. He said that kids are rocking the machines. He told them multiple times to stop and they didn t. I explained that I was not told about a problem and we are here for my son s birthday. I insisted that this will ruin the occasion. He then said we can have the cake and then leave. Instead of feeling welcome in the place we felt unwanted. If there is a problem, the person in charge of the group should have been notified. This problem could have been easily contained. Kids do miss behave. There are other ways to deal with them before you resort to kicking them out. I felt insulted and my son had the worst birthday ever. I don t recommend this place.

Used to be better, going downhill lately. We used to come here frequently for their Wednesday specials, which we won't be doing anymore. Management is terrible, bar is understaffed, and bartenders/servers lack basic understanding of their jobs.

We decided to go to the bar after the hostess had no idea where to seat us and was dumbfounded when the waitress sent us back to her. We waited at the bar, while people who arrived after us were taken care of first? Ok. Got menus, bartender told us his sob story. Overworked? Then go home. Kitchen messed up our meal, he took no responsibility, instead got excited that the mistake meal would now be his dinner. Classy. Waited longer for our food to arrive, no water brought over, no "anything else I can get while you wait?" He was pretty much inaccessible. Bill was brought by someone else and was incorrect, more waiting. Lame tasting (hour and a half) meal later we finally got to go play.

Games are improving and are fun. But the overall vibe of this place has changed. The staff are busy chatting to each other or on their phones, and you have to remind them of THEIR jobs when they give you blank stares, when all you want is your dumb tokens counted.

Last time I visited the service was not great the place was not full and the bartender barely pay attention to my group. Thats where the last star is missing.

Very expensive , don t go there to eat but go there for the great time you can have playing all of the games! Can easily spend 3 hours there just playing games even though it adds up quickly !

The servers were nice, however it took so long to get our food. They got the order wrong twice and we had about 4 people serving us. The food seemed old and was not very tasty. The games were fun. I would recommend going there for the arcades, not the food.

If you are looking for a good game night this is the place to be. BUT, honestly the food and the service not worth the wait or experience. Food arrives cold and be sure to repeat your order several times, so it won t be forgotten. Be prepared to wait, a Long time for your order.

Great place for video games for all ages and a good bar/food place also. Good for a late night meal and entertainment.

You can wait years to be seated. No one works at the counter in the afternoon nor is there a sign telling you to seat yourself. On at least 3 different occasions i have waited to be seated at least 15 minutes while their staff saw me standing there until i finally walked out. At least at applebees, they seat you promptly.

Stopped in for some games and lunch. Games are newer and fun. The food was great. Good selection on menu at a fair price.

Omg we were trying to celebrate my friend bday supposed to be a fun night turn into a nightmare by a worker there name Cythia worst customer service of all time. Honestly I don t know why she took this job if she doesn t know how to treat customers well. It s a shame please headquarters educate your staff.

Phenomenal. They did a great job. Brand new, fresh, and awesome. A truly great addition to the Staten Island community. I would give it 5-stars but it takes a lot for something to be perfect 5-star worthy. Very few things or places are perfect in my reviews. But truly this is a great place to just be and to hang out.

New location and decor with enthused new staff....gives this location 5 stars. After that..... Same food and drink as them all

This past weekend for my birthday I decided to try out Dave and Busters Staten Island. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed in the experience. I went with a group of ten people. We all decided to purchase a game card so that we would each be able to play. We thought we would take advantage of the current Facebook promotion of buy $20 get $20. Out of ten people, only 2 were able to use the coupon/ promotion. The rest of us were told oh well that happens sometimes. The manager told us we needed to be signed in on our own personal Facebook which we each were. Ten different phones, ten different Facebook accounts, yet somehow only the first two were eligible for the promotion. The manager could not have cared less. The lack of customer service was apparent right from the start. Because it was my birthday we decided to stay and make the best of it. We go and try to order drinks where the bar was absolutely filthy. Drinks spilled all over the bar. It was so sticky and gross. Several of us ordered the adult snow cone , which was a glorified cup of ice with food coloring. Drinks here are not worth the money in my opinion. Then the small tables next to the games were also covered in cups/glasses and more spilled drinks. I m giving two stars because the games were a lot of fun. However, quite a few were out of order. We played a few games, finished a drink and decided to take our night elsewhere in the end. I m hoping that this was a busy Saturday night summer thing, as the games were really fun but the rest of the experience was not. Will try to go one more time and update this review at that time.

The service was horrible. I took someone here because I wanted her to have a good time and experience something new and I was extremely disappointed. The day I went the fire alarm was going off every 20 minutes causing the games to shut down. We did not play at all that night. Also, we ordered 2 drinks and it took 40 minutes for us to get TWO DRINKS!!! I would not recommend this Dave and Busters to anyone. Go to another one.

, unfortunately, on Black Friday Dave & Buster did not have enough staff to open up all eating areas. If our party of 8 wanted to dine there we would have to sit in the middle of all the games and Noise, so we left. The gaming was fun.

Almost unbelievable....Hands down most eclectic bar food on the Island adorned with crafty cocktails.... don't indulge in the candy-like signature concoctions...aim for the top shelf Bourbon, Whiskey and Scotch ones infused with made from the scratch, bitters .

A great welcome to Staten Island. Always fun, festive and a great place to hang out for young adults.

Nice bar, and plenty to do at this place. And right by AMC, can really spend nice weekend.

Awesome place to go with family and friends. The games are brand new, the food is pricey but if u go during happy hour it's not too bad. They have a VR jurassic Park thing, extra pay. However it gets a bit crowded because it's new. And there is a lot of parking because it's next to the mall. Free parking.

Great food, great drinks,had alot of fun, but most importantly, the staff helped me find my phone.

Fast service. Waitress took my kids order with patience like if they were grown adults even after changing their mind half way thru the order.

The food and drinks are great. The wife and kids can go play games, eat and I just vegged on baseball and hockey games with nice cold beer. How else can you spend a relaxing Sunday?

I loved it and the food was amazing.staff was very nice and the manager came to say hi to us and asked if everything was good.

I had my sons 1st birthday party here and WOW it was so perfect. The adults and kids had a blast. The food was great and the service was on point. The manager Peter was so sweet and by the end of it all the kids asked for their birthdays to be there.

The games are the only reason it got 1 star. The service is Horrible! Took forever to just get a fork. Our waitress never came to get our orders. I had to ask 4 different waiters or waitresses to find our waitress. Then when she took long instead of apologizing she blamed everyone else.
