Run don't look back unless you need a tax write off or you enjoy doing half ass work like the pay for if you're smart enough to work the system they run and get your money before they rip you off like they do 90% of the unlicensed vendors they hire. The only way you make it as a employee is being a female and sleeping your way up or you are good at taking money from people. They act like your friends then stick it to you... I got every dollar cause I had them in my game so if you dare play it but make sure you run their game :) remember they don't like quality work and they want half ass work we a cut throat price..

I was a vendor for them during 2008-2010 made $250 ,000 during recession. Good experience!

Never worked for a vendor who paid so promptly and paid what you bid without taking a huge chunk off the top. I don't know where these negative reviews are coming from, this is one of the best companies to work for, as a vendor in property preservation and the office work/pictures part of the vendor work is also very simple. 2018 until present, very good company to become a vendor for!

Cyprexx had one of their contractors service and rekey a property that I had listed for sale. My real estate sign was on the property and they did not call me to let me know so I could make arrangements to get my $125 electronic supra key off the door. They cut my electonic supra key off and changed the locks. This is done when homes are up for foreclosure. My client's were not behind on their mortgage and not up for foreclosure. Somehow their home was put on a list of properties to foreclose. In fact the day before the house was due to close with a new buyer, I went to the property to remove my supra box and that's when I discovered my box was gone and the locks were changed. The new buyer came to walk the property before closing and I could not let him or his agent inside. My client called Cyprexx and was told nothing could be done as they were closed. He threatened them with a lawsuit and of course someone called him back with the combination to the lock they placed on the door. The home ultimately was sold to the new buyer but the deal nearly fell through because of this huge mistake. The new buyer was worried the home was going to be foreclosed and it took a lot of talking by me and the escrow officer to assure him this was a mistake. I have contacted Cyprexx several times requesting reimbursement for my Supra box they wrongly cut off and I can not get them to respond. So they irresponsibly cut off my supra box and are not willing to pay me for it. I had to give them one star when in reality I would give them a negative star.

Your Company Broke into my house, kicked the door in, repaired my frame, put signs up. What gives you the Right to do that? Anyway I will be contacting my lawyer. This is the second time. Enough is enough. I have your guys name as well and contacted the Police to have him arrested. I looked him up, he has no License on file in Maryland. So I will be contacting the MHIC as well.

CYPREXX WENT TO A PROPERTY AND RUINED THE YARD WITH A ONE TIME VISIT AND CHARGED $3744 FOR LAWN WORK. SINCE THEY ARE A NATIONWIDE COMPANY I WONDER WHAT THAT TRANSLATES INTO DOLLAR WISE. I HAVE BEFORE PHOTOS TO PROVE WHAT I AM SAYING.

one of the worst experiences of my professional career. Never been around such fake people in my entire life.Lied to on a daily basis by management and trainers. For example, i was told i was learning the system faster than most ppl who have been there for years and was complimented dailiy. Lost my father, still came to work and worked through it. Came to work with the flu and was advised to go home while i wanted to stay. Spoke to my manager Jessie face to face and this very day. Since they are such stand up people they called after i was home for the day and said i was no longer needed. No paper work, no warning, and was told i did not know the system. When i have notes on my desk on how great i was doing . They work you like dogs and i never complained and was good at my job. I've heard from multiple people within the company who have said no one sticks up for anyone. Cowards and heartless. Terrible company.sadly you still have to give it one star. Much better opportunities out there.

Going under down to about 10% of Staff after all the layoffs

I am not sure where this company gets their upper management they certainly need training to retain employees. You think you are getting a great opportunity and train for 2 days. Your feedback is always how awesome you are. The next thing you know your blindsided in a couple of weeks and told your not a good fit however you have notes from the boss that states how great you have done. I feel as though they hire people to help them catch up on their work and then out the door. If your not in with the family or owners your not going to be a part of the business. If you are looking for a job find something else that will last. This business is not going to be around long due to poor management,
