Wanted to say thank you to Jeff and his team at Cycle Loft for the experiences my son and I have had over the last couple of years.
My son whose now 18 and Dx with Autism at 3yrs old loves cycling and the staff has always been very, very cool with us when we've come in to pick up some new gear or most recently another bike (Trek One Series).
Cycling is something we really enjoy together and your team at Cycle Loft has been encouraging and has educated us too.
We're looking to join a bike club this season so we'll see you on the road.

Have been going to Cycle Loft for many years. Always appreciate their professional service and knowledge. Today they helped me with a drop in service to replace my chain. In the process, they let me know my cassette was near replacement -- which I knew but forgot to ask about -- and asked it I wanted to go ahead and replace it now. No pressure, just a suggestion. This all while waiting outside in a well organized Covid setting to help with service.

Great experience dealing with Sean to purchase an urban commuter bike for my wife. He was attentive and knowledgeable, as was one of the mechanics, Jerry. Prices are on-par with other reasonable shops in the area and they carry a solid variety of Specialized and Trek (mostly). Mechanics are easy to talk to and genuinely interested in what they do.

Needed a bike, and after looking at a ton of stuff online, went in and told them I'd like to purchase a bike. We went through a few trial bikes, sizing up frames and different aspects, and I had a fantastic experience. The salesman was very helpful, instructive, but not pushy toward a more expensive bike than I was willing to purchase. I never felt coerced or belittled, but rather instructed and directed. It was a really great experience, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'll be coming back to get my wife's bike repaired for sure.

Just purchased a Trek 24 for my daughter. Ordered online, was able to pick up the next day. Quick, easy, smooth pickup. Gentleman was nice enough to place the bike in the car. Also ordered Women s trek bike for myself, received an email about an hour after ordering that the bike has to be put together and should be ready by Thursday of next week. Love the quick response to emails.

Great staff that truly have a passion for what they do. While they may charge a bit more than what it would cost online it is worth it to have staff that can not only tell you the ins and outs of the products they sell but also recommend what they own and use when they ride.

Came in with my friend Z to look for a bike for her. We were helped by Jane who took the time to find exactly what size would fit Z. She really knew her stuff about bikes and was super friendly and professional. I looked up the bikes online, and cycle loft is approximately 20% cheaper than anything I saw, and that's before delivery charge.

Can't beat the service or selection here! We will be back to purchase soon

The team at the Cycle Loft could have not been more patient and helpful as we navigated through a sea of options. At no point did they ever try and oversell us anything and were genuinely interested in getting us into a bike that met our needs. Blew out my right shifting cable on a 60 mile ride at mile 47. Was stuck in my 11 tooth gear. Got home, showered, and went to the Cycle Loft. There was 1 person in the service line. The owner, Jeff, was working intake, diagnosed my problem and took it back to one of the technicians. About 40 minutes later out rolled my bike with a new cable and wonderful shifting. They bailed me out when I thought I was going to attempt to fix the problem. Anthony, the lead man in service showed me the problem and recommended more frequent maintenance to avoid this in the future. Great experience all the way around.

I'm a long time customer of the Cycle Loft, and recently had a mechanical failure on a wheel, that made the bike un-rideable. I brought the wheel to the shop and was able to get it fixed in a very short amount of time. Thank you to Jeff, Anthony and crew for getting me back on the road!

Bought two road bikes here. Also regular checkups on older bikes. Some very knowledgeable staff but you need to find the right ones!

I thought researching buying a bike was very overwhelming. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to me. Doug was easily able to help pair me up with products that made sense. It was really nice to try a variety of bikes out and find the one with just the right fit. I learned a ton of things on my visit. I was so excited that I left with my new bike and went out for a ride immediately!

I started cycling a few years ago and cycle loft has been outstanding. I bought my Trek Madone from them and as well as my Garmin 810, power tap and other stuff. The staff is excellent and consistently has provided me with great service.

This operation is top notch. The staff is professional and are experts at their craft. I recommend Cycle Loft to anyone.

Great Store, and what makes this Store Great? People that s working here. I enjoy to visit and shop here, guys are never pushing you to buy more expensive stuff than you need. They are listening and try to make best for your budget and needs
Onse i come to fix my spok on a wheel but always friendly staff. No matter i am buying a 2000$ bike or fixing a Spok same respect and attitude.

Went today to get some new shoes for my Peloton. Absolutely fantastic advice, service, fitting. So glad that I didn't guess and order online. Highly recommend.

As a new customer I felt welcomed and was helped right away. I needed some minor work done to my road bike and it was at a work station within minutes of walking in. I was able to wait and watch them work on my bike until it was completed. Since, I have bought other items including a new gravel bike knowing that I would have all the resources I needed from this amazing shop.

Nathanial was super helpful and my 9 year old daughter appreciated the confirmation that she should do the repair herself.

Walked in looking for parts for my bike, and within a few minutes I was helped by Jeffrey Palter, who turns out to be the owner. He was very helpful and took his time explain things I would need (I was converting my bike to a single speed). Another thing to mention about this place was how much this store was buzzing with customers and workers. Everywhere I turned someone was speaking to an employee and you could see and hear how passionate they were about their bikes and knowledge. In this day and age where customer service is pretty much non existent this was supper refreshing! Thanks Jeff and crew! I ll be back for sure!

I was at this store today with a 50 year old Schwinn Collegiate I had had restored. The intent was to get a picture and discuss the bike with a manager or owner. There is a sticker on the bike showing that it had originally been purchased at Cycle Loft all those years ago. I thought it made a good statement about how Cycle Loft products stand the test of time or how the company has been around for so many years. I expected to have a conversation and see if other old bikes had been brought back. Although the manager allowed me to take the picture I wanted, he rudely disappeared when I unloaded my bike from my car. He didn't even see it! He didn't want to talk about it! This review is to remind him that every interaction with a customer in the store is an opportunity to build a relationship which becomes a base on which future sales are made or lost. When I see negative reviews about the employees at this store, I'm thinking ths bad attitudes might be originating from management.

Great service! They did a great job helping me find the perfect BMX bike for my very tall 13 year old.

Fantastic service. I have been a Cycle Loft customer for almost two decades. They consistently provide excellent service that far exceeds their competition and even my own expectations, which are already high.

I ride 6000+ miles a year and consequently, stuff happens. I can't count the number of times I've come in with a minor issue (broken spoke or cable, etc.) where they fixed the bike on the spot. By comparison. other riders I know with the same or similar issue went elsewhere had to leave the bike. Once the even loaned me a wheel before a PMC when they were out of stock on a part. Their mechanics are all excellent, friendly and extremely customer focused.

I can't recommend them enough.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will answer any questions.

I want to thank Jeff Palter, owner of Cycle Loft for providing the opportunity to meet and interact with Jim and Maria Parker, owners of Cruzbike. These people are quite accomplished in the realm of endurance cycling and offer a unique product to the cycling community. I thought of bailing on this opportunity due to the bad weather preventing test rides of the unique Cruzbike products, but am glad I didn't. Communicating with the Parkers one-on-one was a worthwhile experience.

Expert, friendly service (my first time here). Came in knowing I wanted to make the jump from cages to clips Lexi walked me thru all my options, helped me get educated and acclimated then helped me find the right fit and products (and saved me a bunch with their sale prices; I made out spending $150 less than I thought it was going to cost). One of their techs even installed the cleats on to the shoes for me. An absolute joy and can't wait to come back!

Had a great experience at Cycle Loft with the owner, Jeff. I am fairly new to biking, and was buying my first road bike. He patiently answered all my (newbie) questions, gave me plenty of time to test drive several bikes, and respected my decision to stick with standard pedals for now. I did not feel pressured at all, and I am thrilled with my new Trek bike. I went back a few weeks later for a minor adjustment and he remembered me right away. Great store, great staff. I'm very happy.

Worst customer service of all time I tried doing trade-ins to fix up my old bike they couldn't take it portrayed in to fix up a bike because they say it's too old and I haven't ride in my bikes for very long time they've just been sitting in there and very very good condition I've worked on my bikes they're maintained and they're white apple and they were fighting with me arguing and yelling at me this is not the company to buy stuff from I give a 0 out of 10

The staff at Cycle Loft is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I've worked with Jeff and many sales & service people there over the years and appreciate their expertise and desire to help me find the perfect bike or part, and address any issues I'm having with my bikes. Great focus on making the customer happy.

Very knowledgable staff, friendly and work with you to understand your needs and get the right fit. Paid a lot more than if I bought a used one from someone but would not have ended up with the right fit and will be much happier in the long term with my Cycle Loft purchase.

Awsome experience, the technician that helped my nephew seat his tire didn t even charge us and was an incredibly professional and gave us a lot of tips for bike care in the future. We found ourselves in a pinch, heading Away for 2 weeks and one of our bikes was in some rough shape. We stopped by cycle loft to see if we could get a bike before we left. The store was to close in an hour but they stuck around and took care of us building 2 bikes for us to choose from. They even stayed a bit late to ensure we could pick the bike up for and early ferry in the morning. Their Service is the best I have ever dealt with. All future bikes are coming from Cycle Loft.

This is a great bike shop. The staff will go out of there way to solve your issue or get you the information you need. When I have had repairs they have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend them

I wish I could rate a 0. Drove from Nashua, NH specifically because of high reviews. I was looking to spend between $2,500 and $3,500 for a new carbon fiber bike for my wife. I also wanted to pick up some accessories - lights, gloves, etc.. We walked the entire store, looked at bikes on the floor, lighting for our bikes, listened to staff talking about how slow it was in the morning. Not one person offered to help or even acknowledged our existence.
What a waist of time. Maybe if they waited on ready to buy customers they could replace or fix the neon bike on the wall that appears to be on it s last few hours.

I have been buying all my bikes for the whole family from this store and have been doing all my bike services at Cycle Loft for the past 10 years. I always find what I need at competitive prices and I enjoy the friendly and professional help both from the sales and technical personnel.

I recently had my son's bike repaired at Cycle Loft. They have safe procedures during risky times, reasonable prices, and friendly staff.

I needed specialty Speed Play cleats for a new pair of road shoes and to have them installed.The sales person recognized the cleats immediately and got a mechanic to install them to match my old shoes and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. One of the other mechanics recognized me from service a couple of years back. It was like old home week. I like the current facility and will be back again.R T CRW

I just bought my first adult bike and cycle loft made it very easy! I was researching online and was stuck in between sizes. Called the store and they helped me pick the right size for me and checked inventory. Set up pickup date and got my bike as planned.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking only for some parts to fix my bike.

The service was very professional and priced below the competition by over a hundred dollars for spoke replacement. They worked with the bike company to get the job done right and protect my warranty. This is my new service shop.

I've shopping and getting my bike maintenance at the Cycle Loft for me and my son here for years. They've seen us through (from the BMX days up until now) with the same great attitude. In the shop you can find almost everything you need for your bike and the staff is friendly an customer focus; however the excellence is the service: I had the replace in my bike a chainring not anymore commercialized by Shimano and the technician was able to install a SRAM one, setting my bike to perfectly work!

Great service on a used bike I bought online. Needed two tires, some adjusting to my brakes and a new front hub. Eric helped me on two separate occasions, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I m sure I could have gone to any bike shop for these repairs but the service stood out and I would highly recommend.

Prices are extremely high and sales people have a terrible attitude. They are not there to help they are there to take all your money that they can.
Much better bike shops out there... Landrys, Wheelworks to name a few.

I am a lifelong Biker and have spent much time in many of the Boston area bike shops as they come and go. Cycle Loft has a great selection of bikes and plenty of room to show them off. I particularly love your service department and you have the best mechanic in the Boston area Gerry Garcia.

Once again: fantastic! Thanks to Doug who took considerable time to help identify a missing bolt on my 2008 bike, AND found a spare in the shop Trek sent the wrong info to me, and this guy solved my issue in person and swiftly. Just a great team all around.

Overdue on my part. Really GREAT mechanics. Vander, Jerry, and Steve among the notables. Brought my kids dual suspension in for a look and Steve fixed it (new disc brake) in an hour. Just awesome service. Yes, occasionally things don't go completely smooth, but they always make it right and are on top of it. They're truly great! Very commendable shop... Thank you all!

PS. Today I came in with a blown shock on my kids bike. The mechanic, with a very unusually light staff on hand, was unbelievably nice and super helpful. I'm still in awe and truly hope to pay this forward....

PSS. Just outstanding. I had a situation which they made right, and the owner himself handled it. I'm just really impressed by the degree of personal attention. No need for any other bike shop. Thank you to Kevin and Stephanie as well!

I'm a new customer and I stopped by your store for the first time a few days ago. Joel assisted me and was super friendly and knowledgable. You guys have a great staff and a great environment inside. You will see me back in a few weeks for a new bike purchase!!

Gerry was amazing! He helped me choose a bike for my daughter and also told me what repairs an old bike needed to get it functional again. Very honest and helpful.

I had a very pleasant experience here. I have a LBS i usually go to as i mountain bike a lot. Well currently they are 2 weeks out with work even with small stuff. I went by yesterday thinking id have to drop my bike for service. Tyler took 2 of my bikes and had them both fixed in 15 mins. i was astounded! My lbs still has one of my bikes now for over a month lol.

We worked with knowledgeable staff throughout the process of purchasing my son's bike. There was not a push to up sell,and the staff took the time to review our needs and set up the bike properly for our son. Professionalism balanced with enthusiasm for the products they are selling.

I bought a bike online from Cycle Loft. Communication before, during and after the sale was absolutely perfect. The shop sent me tracking info as soon as it shipped, it arrived quickly, and the bike was perfectly packaged. The bike was clean and really easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in MA or further afield.

I appreciate in the current times of this pandemic that you have created a system to assist customers in a timely fashion. Other bicycle shops in the area make it almost impossible to get help the day you need it, often telling you they don't have time or push out the date you can receive help (one place said 3 to 4 weeks). My problems were due to bad batteries in my Garmin sensors as well as minor brake adjustments. I knew it was a quick fix but several other places refused to make the time (probably a total of 15 minutes) to square away my issues.
Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly, Cycle Loft! You've earned my recommendation.

Busted a spoke while out for a ride last weekend, and had some other long-overdue service that needed to be completed. I brought my bike in Monday of this week expecting I wouldn't get it back for at least a week or so because of the industry-wide backlog. They took my bike in, checked it out, gave me a list of services that were needed, gave me a price quote, and told me it would be ready in 10-14 days. I got an email less than 24 hours later saying everything was done, and picked it up Tuesday afternoon. It's a weird time to be doing business, but the staff were all great; super helpful and friendly and obviously making the best of a tough situation. That's why I'll always keep coming back to Cycle Loft.

We had a great experience with a tune up for our Calfee Tandem. The bike is shifting great and better than ever. Thanks to Jeff, Anthony and the Staff there.

Amazing bike shop . I had ordered a bike because the original bike shop I was going to made a mistake and this owner had me ready to go the same day as my order ! So I went to my old bike shop and come to find out they had my bike ready and made a mistake .

So I called this owner and he took care of the order and told me he would reverse the transaction. Great owner and I ll make this my go to shop even though it s almost an hour drive ! Just for the customer service!! Thanks again

Great staff very helpful. Didn t get bothered by all of the question and how picky I was being.

The staff here has been very helpful in processing my out-of-state order. During the bike drought of 2020, it's been tough to find stock, let alone good service. I've had multiple phone contacts and emails from different employees, all knowledgeable and kind.
Also know this store is both a Specialized dealer and a Trek dealer, one of few around. So customers have twice the option to pick from!
