I bought a great bike here a year ago. They really listened and although I spent a bit more that I'd planned to; I got a lot of bike for my money. I got a Specialized Roubaix. They also provide a free adjustment and bike fitting. And their service is great! Will work to fit you in.

Jeff helped me find the bike I wanted online based on my criteria. Then Joel worked with me to make sure the new bike would fit and found a comparable bike for me to test ride. When I came to pick up the bike Joel made sure every thing was adjusted properly for me. I know he spent at least 2 hours in all with me. The end result is I am thrilled with my new bike.

Great from beginning to end. 1. I googled 'recumbent trike reviews', found ICE. Filled out their very easy to use spec sheet. Thought, OMG that's a lot of money. 2. Same evening Jeff called me. Invited me to try several (several) trikes at his store. 3. Excellent customer service from Miguel. Tried 3 different trikes. No pressure. Really liked the ICE. Decided to buy one. 4. Jeff calls to go over features and adjust to my needs - ended up cheaper. 5. Came within 2 weeks. 6. Arrived at store-very, very busy. Yet I got personal service from Anthony. 7. I'm riding every other day. It's a Cadillac of trikes. Great fun. Thanks

I recently purchased a road bike from Cycle Lofts in Burlington, and had a very positive. The owner, Jeff, simplified the differences between the types of road bikes at various price points so that I could make an informed decision. He did not try to upsell me more bike than I need. Lastly, I'm grateful for the inclusion of an in-store bike fitting within the purchase price. Joel, who set me up, was very knowledgeable and eager teach me about the bike and common causes of discomfort when riding. I definitely recommend shopping here and will be going back for tune-ups and future purchases.

Best bike shop vibe I've ever experienced. The staff really take the time to understand your needs, explain all the options, and make sure everything is just right before you leave the store - all with a positive and patient attitude towards newbies and seasoned cyclists alike. Whether it's buying a new helmet or finally getting that dream bike, Cycle Loft will treat you right.

Great store for getting Brompton parts. The owner seems to like folding bikes (and other specialty bikes like tricycles). I checked parts availability through a message before and the answer was very fast and complete.
I even got a minor fix done while waiting at the shop. Good service! I''ll come again.

CycleLoft carried all the products I was interested in and then some. I liked the variety of brands. Doug was my salesman, he was very helpful in making my decision. His knowledge of all things bikes was impressive. I made it a point to talk to him the second time I came in since I was impressed with his knowledge. He also helped with the bike setup, I felt well taken care of by both Doug and the guy that assembled the bike.

I later came back with a used bike I purchased on my own, the service guy was helpful in explaining what the bike needed and did not need. I left with a better understanding of by bikes. They do not try to sell you services you do not need, they take care of you.

I spent a lot of time visiting different bike shops in the Boston area before finding cycleloft. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, end when I was finally ready to buy a new bike they helped me find one that exactly suited my needs and was within my price range. Thanks cycleloft!

I missed the experience of going into your store and seeing everything due to Covid but I received exceptional attention to my questions concerning the purchase of a fat tire bike. After a quick ride on the two bikes I was considering, I ultimately purchased a Trek Farley 7. After my first two rides, I'm certain I made to correct purchase. Can't wait to accessorize once the store is open for "normal" business.
Thanks to Sean for an exceptional experience!

Always leave here satisfied. Technicians are professional, know their stuff, and prices are reasonable. The same goes for the sales side. Often go out of their way too, working past closing on your problem, or double-checking that you're all set if they see you still hanging around. Keep up the great work, all of you!

I came across Cycle Loft while doing research on a particular brand of bike, also known more honestly as "bike lust". I became intrigued by some of the services they were offering including fitness testing, (e.g. VO2 max), and custom fitting with first rate fitters. My wife and I made the trip to Burlington from downtown Boston and found a staff and an owner dedicated to the customer, to building relationships, to treating each client as a valued customer from day one. The advice and attention we have received has been smart, individualized, and consistently on target. In the interest of keeping this short I will say that:
1. My wife no longer has knee pain when cycling.
2. My fitness level and cycling smarts have increased more than incrementally.
3. I have test ridden and re-tested bikes in finding the right bike for me with Cycle Loft's owner pushing me to be thorough, as opposed to pushing me to quickly make up my mind so he could make a sale.
4. This thoroughness has enabled me to make a clear decision with no "what ifs".
5. And get this: After purchasing a bike Cycle Loft and their staff advocated with the bike manufacturer to make sure I got the best possible bike when they felt all was not as it should be. In other words, they were a better advocate for me than I was for myself.

What I have with Cycle Loft now is trust, and in the world of biking with bikes, accessories, and accoutrements befitting an equipment intensive sport and hobby, this trust in invaluable. While I do have a car I use it minimally, paradoxically usually for cycling related events. We are a "keep it as local as possible" family. For me, the drive to Burlington has been more than worth it. That said, I have already mapped out the bike route I'll be using from Boston to Burlington for my trips to Cycle Loft, on my new, intelligently fitted bike.! Ah..bike lust fulfilled!

Bike technology has been advancing very quickly. Given that I have been riding my 1987 Bianchi for 32 years, I asked Brien many questions (I'm sure they were all GOOD questions). He was extremely helpful, taking time to help me to compare two different bikes and make a great selection. The staff KNOW the bikes and are cycling enthusiasts who work with customers to find a bike that is a good fit in every way, including cost. Cycle Loft was recommended to me and their helpfulness, knowledge, friendliness, and inventory will make me a return customer. I recommend them to you without hesitation!-Tom

Talk about going the extra mile for your customer,...

Talk about going the extra mile for your customer, here s what happened to me last weekend. On Saturday night, I was preparing myself for a Sunday morning sprint triathlon. Pumping up my bike tires and .BAM ... the tire blew and I didn t have a spare. It was 7:20 PM and wasn t sure if the store was closed. I called and someone answered the phone. He told me they were closed but could tell in my voice that something was wrong. After telling him what had happened, without hesitating he said to come on in and he would wait for me. I was welcomed at the door by Jeff, he fixed my tire and I was able to race the next morning. Now that s customer service above and beyond the call of Duty. I am a Cycle Loft customer for life.

Fantastic quick, friendly bike repair. After calling around to other bike shops from Newton, to Waltham to Belmont and getting the answer that our bikes would be held hostage for weeks to get them fixed, I got the answer "week and a half" from Cycle Loft but the best part was THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS so you don't have to be without your bike while it waits to be looked at and then came the best best part -- I brought the bikes in for evaluation and to make the appointment and they fixed one on the spot (for free!) and the other one they kept but said it would be done by the end of the day (replace gear shifter on the handlebars - $15 parts. $30 labor). The wait was short It was a beautiful spring Sunday and there was a steady stream of customers but they were all served quickly. This is a big, 2-story, modern place that is really well stocked and the repair department is really spacious and well equipped and staffed.

Great walk-in service. First come, first served. But they re quite speedy and very friendly! Shocking in the environment we live in these days. It was very refreshing. Even the other customers were friendly. Definitely my new go-to bike shop!

Cycle Loft is my go-to bike shop for a few years now. They treat everyone with respect regardless of ability or budget. Their selection is top-notch and they are happy to consult with you to ensure you're happy with the purchase. Their service department is great and very communicative - I've never had to wonder about what's happening with my bike. Highly recommended shop!

Product Specialist, Doug Baumgartner is the encyclopedia of biking. He recently guided me on the purchase of a Specialized Turbo Levo Comp. We went through the entire bike from adjusting components, set up of fork, shock, tire pressure, every detail. In the two hours that I spent in the shop I also noticed that the other Specialists were just as through with the customers that they were assisting. The BBB gives Cycle Loft an A+ rating and so do I. btw: The Turbo Levo Comp is amazing!!! Dave B

I had a great experience buying my new endurance road bike at Cycle Loft.

It had been many years since I purchased a new bike and it was time for a serious upgrade.

The people at Cycle Loft are super knowledgeable, professional and helpful without any sales pressure. I worked with Joel (one of a handful of people highly certified in bike fitting) who fitted me for a new bike, selected a few brands to try based on my budget and fitted me for new shoes. I ended up with a Trek and couldn t be happier.

If you are I the market for a new bike, be sure to shop at the Cycle Loft.

These guys have a great facility and a good selection but their employees suck. They bad-mouthed a bike that was bought from their facility because it was oily and looked "trashed' in their words. It's a daily commuter bike that is a year old so it received a ton of punishment, but to put it down was not very professional. We took the bike in, while it's still under manufacture warranty mind you. and asked them if they could warranty the pedal and possibly look at a defective rear shifter. Right off the bat they wanted $150 service fee for looking tuning the bike up. I said that the bike is already tuned and that we needed them to possibly warranty the defective parts. They said that without the tune up they cannot look at it. Total BS. Granted they do good work at servicing bikes but they are greedy at looking at specific problems.
Ironically I told the story to Specialized and they sent out replacement pedals and a rear derailleur right off the bat, no questions asked. I hate bike shops like this. I understand they need to make money but charging $150 to look at a bike that is worth maybe $200 is ridiculous. I reported the incident to Specialized.

I recently went into the Burlington location for some emergency service prior to my triathlon and I wanted to thank Jeff for his spectacular service that he provided the other day. I was having issues with the new pedals I purchased for my bike (not at Cycleloft) and even though the store was closing in 5 minutes he went out of his way to take care of me for 45 minutes after closing. I ended up purchasing a set of Shimano 105 pedals that he suggested in stead of the ones I had purchased before and I absolutely love them.

Thank you Jeff and I will be bringing my business to these guys as much as I can.

Great bike shop and staff, had the pleasure of being help by Tyler, this kid knows his stuff, very helpful and pleasant, even though they were extremely busy he took the time needed to answer all my questions, fitted me for my new bike, which I love, also purchased a bike rack for my car, which he happily came out and attached to my trailer hitch, when it comes to customer service this place is top notch, both in quality of product and the staff.

I have been a customer of Cycle Loft for over ten years and have consistently been pleased with the products they sell and the service they provide. My Trek Madone bike has been serviced by them and kept in great working condition, starting with a great fitting job by Joel Adams. I recently developed a biomechanical problem that made it tough for me to release safely from my SPD pedals. Anthony went over and above to work with me and develop a solution with a pedal and shoe change that put the fun back in my cycling, throwing in some cycling technique hints along the way. Thanks so much!

Not the greatest selection of cycling shoes but was able to find two for new Peloton bike. What irks me is that they charged $10 to install the clips (which I bought for $18). Once I youtubed it for the other pair was I really irritated that they'd actually charge money for something so easy. Should have been free considering I bought 2 pairs of shoes at $100+ each. Otherwise service was good.

Cycle loft is a true neighborhood bike shop. The shop is always well stocked and super organized. My family has purchased 2 high end gravel bikes and each had a great sales and support experience. Cycle Loft is my go-to-shop for all service needs. I just had a tubeless tire that leaked all season, finally corrected and it is such a relief knowing it was done with care and precision.

This was my very first experience at the Cycle Loft and over all it was a great experience. I am rider or many years and was looking for a good quality intermediate road bike. Their staff was extremely knowledgeable, and patiently answered all the questions I had. They also prepared the bike quickly and as expected. Well done.

I needed a quick adjustment to my bike prior to a charity ride. A quick email to Jeff and a quick fix from Anthony and my bike was smooth as glass! Always fast and efficient service whenever I need it. Jeff and Anthony are the best!

props to Anthony who sold me a bike yesterday. Anthony is awesome - really knows his stuff. I visited another four bike shops before getting there. I was ready to spend money but everyone before Cycle Loft was not really excited to see me. Even after waiting for available associate no one really cared.

I got to Cycle Loft on Sunday at 5:30 PM (they closed at 6 PM). Anthony spent half an hour with me explaining the difference between various Specialized frames and then I just bought one of the bikes he showed me. I was not even going to buy Specialized. I don't even like the brand! But Anthony was so good that he sold it on me. Rode the bike yesterday and the bike is actually really good. Happy with the purchase and the service.

Nathaniel was our sales rep for me and my daughter, and he was incredible. We had a really exceptional experience at Cycle Loft. He understands how to engage and interact with children, as well as adults, and provided essentially a bike fitting and handling basic course during our time choosing out a bike for my daughter. He is professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and can explain things in terms that my 9 year old daughter can understand, and that I still learned from. He wasn't just thinking of helping us choose a bike, but he was educating us, engaging us, answering every question we had, and making the world of bicycling and health exciting for us. Needless to say, we chose a bike that my daughter was extremely comfortable with, that fit her well, and that she simply loves. I look forward to returning as our family's bicycle needs increase in the future and working with him.

Sales and service staff always friendly and are knowledgeable. If one staff member doesn t know how to answer a question, either another staff know or they will find out answer. Service has been patient with my many questions and clarifications.

SUPER knowledgeable and friendly staff knew so much about the Brompton I was about to buy, their own personal riding experience and knowledge of allowable options helped me to make the right choices I didn't know to make. The >20 minutes of test riding was a real nice touch, now I'm totally satisfied I got the folding bike I always wanted.

If you're looking for a bike in the Greater Boston area, this is THE place to go. Everything in business trickles down from the top, and the owner Jeff is an honest, knowledgeable, professional person, passionate about everything related to cycling. As an aside, while I have purchased bikes here during normal times, I recently purchased bikes during the COVID-19 pandemic and they made the process quick and easy, while respecting social distancing. I have serviced bikes here and had the same positive experience. I plan to use Cycle Loft for the entire family for years to come!

Whenever I have questions, I email or call, and Cycle Loft have responded quickly and have always left me satisfied. I have not purchased a bike here, but I call Cycle Loft as they carry the bikes I do have. I have had to place several specials orders for parts, and Cycle Loft have always come through and parts have arrived quickly.

Anytime I go into cycleloft I'm greeted with wicked friendly customer service. I always recommend cycleloft to anyone looking for help with their bicycle and/or cycling products.

I personally would not take my bike back here. I originally went in just to have a pedal replaced but the guy working also said the brakes needed to be fixed as well, which I thought was strange because I just used them and they were fine, but whatever I wasn't going to doubt his expertise. A few weeks later both of the brake handle bars break off completely. There is absolutely no reason why that should have happened. Thanks a lot, I could have been seriously hurt or killed.

Where else can you show up with your bike and often get repairs done while you wait...even during a pandemic?! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Both my wife (an occasional rider) and me (a more avid rider) have bought bikes here and been very happy with the bike fitting and follow-up service.

Wide selection of Specialized and Trek bikes. Service is great when the owner is the one doing it. I was happy with my bicycle purchases and look forward to getting a big tune up done on my older bike soon.

Went in for shoes. Nate was unbelievably knowledgeable right down to how my 'metatarsals' would react in certain shoes. I got a great pair of Specialized MTB shoes as well as a new helmet from a great selection and a few pairs of shorts. Again, one of the other sales clerks gave me the whole run down of modern helmet technology. I even signed up for their rewards club.

Great people they know what to do, the price is right and they do even more for free. I mean they are good, However, because they have many customers in heavy periods you can wait for a week to get back the bike. Finally I am not connected with them, I am from Italy....

The sales associate at CycleLoft are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was returning a mini-pump that I thought would be great, but didn't fit my needs. The sales associate helped me pick a pump that fit my needs and it was actually less expensive than the one I was returning.

Additionally, on a different occasion, I brought my mountain bike, which I obtained elsewhere, for a fix that I thought would be expensive, they figured out it was a quick fix, and only charged me $15.00.
