Blew out my right shifting cable on a 60 mile ride...

Blew out my right shifting cable on a 60 mile ride at mile 47. Was stuck in my 11 tooth gear. Got home, showered, and went to the Cycle Loft. There was 1 person in the service line. The owner, Jeff, was working intake, diagnosed my problem and took it back to one of the technicians. About 40 minutes later out rolled my bike with a new cable and wonderful shifting. They bailed me out when I thought I was going to attempt to fix the problem. Anthony, the lead man in service showed me the problem and recommended more frequent maintenance to avoid this in the future. Great experience all the way around.
