The employees are amazing but the Corporate side of the company does not care about the mission. Human Resources breaks their own policies and guidelines and they are not governed by anybody so they intimidate you, harass people and make the work environment hostile. The company has many conflicts of interest in contracts department and they do not care. If you want to work for a company that does what it wants and doesn't abide by the law and their own policies, this is the perfect place for you. It was the worse employment experience I have ever been in. Where ever I can speak and let people know to be aware, I will keep people informed. It is only a few managers who really care.

The company over looks qualifications and experience to get there friends in higher better paying positions. If your qualified and experienced don t apply, you ll get looked over by managment. It s all family and friends in the decent office/managment postions. You ll never get a chance.. If you go above and beyond for the company while others Work 1 to 2 days a week for 4 hours a day and then get a managment postion it s a slap in the face.. all about who you no with this company
