Worse place to work unless you do not care about them following their own policy

The employees are amazing but the Corporate side of the company does not care about the mission. Human Resources breaks their own policies and guidelines and they are not governed by anybody so they intimidate you, harass people and make the work environment hostile. The company has many conflicts of interest in contracts department and they do not care. If you want to work for a company that does what it wants and doesn't abide by the law and their own policies, this is the perfect place for you. It was the worse employment experience I have ever been in. Where ever I can speak and let people know to be aware, I will keep people informed. It is only a few managers who really care.
