I do not recommend this place. Its a rush you in and out. They now are doing their mental health visits thru TV, I personally feel they should only get 1/3 of their money. If you talk to nurse, that's a bill, doctor is a bill even if you don't get to see anyone. They are ripping the patients off, the staTe, the government, I feel they don't care about anything especially the patients. If they get someone good they move on. I think all of compass health is a place to rob patients and insurance companies.

This Health Network is a very efficient establishment. My appointment was at 11:00 a.m. for a Covid 19 vaccine and I was vaccinated by 11:01 a.m. Would definitely recommend.

I will start by saying I cannot stand how difficult it is to get in contact with certain employees via phone. But once I am in the door with my doctor (Dr. Islam) I feel he listens, cares and tries to figure out a solution. I've been dealing with this place for almost a year and had a series of good and bad situations. Bad only because of communication via phone. I am grateful that I chose to go back to him because the past two months I've been in and out of hospitals and all kinds of doctors but no one besides him and my chiropractor seem to care which is very sad for the medicine and future of our people. At first I wrote a good review at the beginning of the year, deleted it wrote a bad one then deleted it and wrote a good one again lol. Only because that's how difficult it's been but I finally got help and I finally feel better so this review is sticking. I also see Dr. Quadri for psychiatry and I feel he cares and is a good man as well!

We LOVE using Compass Health in Wentzville. My kids have been since dr Michelle for 7 years and she is wonderful. I also use their Behavioral Health Services and everyone is so incredibly kind. I'm glad we found this place!

I m convinced the dentist here is just lazy. My son had 2 fillings they wouldn t fill due to covid for a year. When they finally took him for his fillings they did one and said he would have to go to a specialist because he cried ? It was two fillings . They refuse to let a parent go back with a small child and then refused to fill the second filling cause my small son was too nervous. Now we have to go down town for someone else to do it all because they couldn t fill 2 fillings . A little ridiculous if you ask me. It s not like this was some crazy procedure. It was 2 fillings . It s been over a year and a half since his original appointment when they told us he had to get 2 fillings and still only have one tooth fixed.

FLAWLESS. The COVID 19 vaccine process at Compass Health Wentzville was quick, efficient, and painless! In and out in 25 minutes! Thank you!!

Bad at calling back, even tho someone did call me after the review was posted. You re right they did call me but that was the only time I was called, it was the following 2 weeks I spent calling back, was only till I found the voicemail that I remembered and looked at other outgoing calls. Great doctors tho. Dr.Mechelle is definitely the best doctor in the building.

I was looking for Affordable Dental services for my Sister and I called the Compass Health Services at the St. Charles MO. offices . I was answered by a female named Ally . What a delightful experience I have had with her . I needed to know about Insurances, what services the Dental preforms( DENTURES) etc.. Ally then proceeded to answer the question about whether or not you would have to live in the County where the facility is located . She very thoroughly answered my questions before I had even asked them . She then went on to say that it might be possible that an organization could give her a grant . That's what I would consider a very dedicated employee . It was a very good choice for me due to the amount of time that I had just spent looking for other alternatives . I , myself am a patient with Compass in the medical system . I have read the other reviews and I honestly don't know how they had a negative experience with Compass . In the last few years that I have been with Compass I have never had a bad experience . Not once . The receptionists are always very nice and very eager to help you make those appointments and the Nurses and Doctors who Ihave had appointments with have been very helpful and prompt. Even during the Pandemic when there was only chat visits, everyone was doing their best to accommodate their patients . I actually went to Compass when I lost the Dr. I had been seeing very suddenly . I loved my Dr. before and surprise surprise !! That Doctor . actually works at Compass now . Although I don't see said Doctor , I like the new one . Never a negative word spoken by their employees. I'm very satisfied with them .
I very rarely give reviews on Medical professionals, but then you rarely have the pleasure to get someone like Ally who did her job extremely proficiently , that not only did I get the necessary information but I also realized that everyone I have dealt with is doing a good job at do
doing their jobs . They definitely made the right decision when they put Ally in the position of handling the public.

My son needs therapy. He had an initial physician screening day one. That way, your waiting on them and not seeking care with other facilities. It took them 14 days, and 5 phone calls on my part for them to tell me they would not provide care for my son. Not because they didn't have the availability and not because they didn't accept my son's insurance!!!! Huge waste of time and time is not always a luxury when your are talking about mental illness! Shame on you Compass Health - Wentzville location.
