Like many other reviewers, my experience with this location has been terrible. It takes several hours at BEST to have a prescription filled, most of the time it's days. The CVS app information never matches what I'm told at the pharmacy and getting someone on the phone is a challenge. Last time I called I was on hold for 40 minutes, then when someone answered they gave me inaccurate information and attempted to put me back on hold and we were "accidentally" disconnected. I totally understand the frustrations of being short-handed, but something needs to change here.
