We have had Custom Security for several years. We had a updated system installed. We had an issue with the installation of the system. I called and reported it on Monday. Within minutes the supervisor of sales, Heath, called me back and told me my installer would being leaving and headed in my direction. It wasn t long and Miguel was at my home. He worked hard to correct the issue. They re number one concern was satisfying me and they did that. You don t find that very often in companies today. Thank Heath and Miguel for your great service!
