When our old AC unit sprung a Freon leak, we decided to install a new one. Scott Haring came out and talked through all the options and provided a competitive quote to the other companies. He was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell options we didn't need.

The install went well with no issues and was done exactly as we had agreed to including correcting some issues from the original equipment. I have waited a year to write the review to ensure no hidden issues arose and so far so good.

I would recommend Custom Air if you are looking to replace your AC unit.

Wonderful. I have had A/C installed and a couple emergency repairs with my furnace. The staff are professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Great service I used them at my home and the service was outstanding. The service man work was clean and he was an honest man. The service was so good that I told I went to work and told them and they started using Custom Air. And like at home the service is outstanding. I would say use them if you have an issue and you will not be sorry!

Custom Air was the 3rd company I had come out to do an estimate. Scott came to do the estimate and I was impressed from the start. He took his time, explained everything, answered my questions and was very thorough. Jake and Jason were out in less than a week from the estimate to do the install. These guys were so friendly. It was raining like crazy that day and yet they managed to keep a super clean work area. They were so quiet during the install that I almost forgot they were there. McKenzie did a follow up call a few days out just to make sure everything went well. Their follow up service is amazing too. I would recommend them to anyone. I have talked to or dealt with several people from Custom Air and each one is just as amazing as the first.

Our furnace quit while it was 22 degrees out. They were able to come out within a couple hours. A couple quick tweaks and fixes, and we were up and running again. Very inexpensive! Thank you!

The entire team did an excellent job of evaluating , planning and installing an energy efficient circulating hot water heat system and air conditioner. The automation including the wifi thermostat is a great benefit. Breaking up the old water heating system was a big chore, and the end results were wonderful.

Everything from the initial contact with Scott to the installation with Dan and Jordan, was a great experience. I will refer Custom Air to anyone who asks. It was all above board and transparent. Cannot say enough great things about the company.

I called Custom Air to get a new heat pump system quoted. Dave W. came out and took the necessary measurements and walked me through what all he needed and explained every step of the process and was very kind about everything and gave me multiple options that were cheaper than other quotes i received. I was able to get the quote done, get the necessary papers signed and the install in a matter of days. On the day of the install, Mike F. and Sam W. were my installers and arrived within the arrival time and were very professional and courteous the entire time they were here. They explained to me or my wife what they were doing pretty much every step of the way and completed the removal and install on time and explained, in detail, our new system. They were very thorough in their clean up and we havent had any issues. Was a very good experience and could not recommend them enough!!

We have used Custom Air for our maintenance of our furnace and air for years. Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner recently was the same great service that we were accustomed to. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

We are in the process of remodeling our new home and needed to replace the furnace and central air in it. Chris came out for the initial estimate and was on time, professional, and took the time to go over several options with us. When we had the new system install Chris also did the installation along with Jacob. They were both great. Very friendly, completed the installation efficiently and explained how the system worked in an easy to understand manner. We were highly satisfied with our experience.

From the time I called Custom Air and spoke to Bonnie, to the time the installation was complete, the experience was terrific. Kyle, the estimator who visited my home, was efficient and quick and did not try to oversell me! He was honest about my type of house and efficiency, my needs, and what Custom Air offered. I know nothing about HVAC installation and Kyle could have easily told me I needed something that I didn't. But, he fully explained the options and suggested the most affordable option for me. The installation was quick and the installers fully explained all the options on the new HVAC unit. They relocated the unit to a new spot from my older unit's space, and they cleaned the area and you could never tell they were even here. The unit itself is a Trane and works quietly and cools the house great. Bonnie followed up with me afterward, and assured me that Custom Air would answer any questions or meet any needs if we have any. Anyone can sell you an HVAC unit for your house, but the experience matters. I will recommend Custom Air to all my friends, and will use them again if ever needed. No doubt. Great job!
