The Rittenhouse Hotel Review

Rented here for 1 year. Mike is the best property manager I have ever had. He responds to emails very fast and is very quick to help if anything is needed for the apartment.

I lived in the Townhouse for a year and I highly recommend it! The thing I liked most was that the walls and ceilings were really thick, so you could barely hear your neighbors (except when they were taking a shower or flushing the toilet, which was strangely loud). The management was also very responsive and quickly addressed any maintenance issues, the common spaces were kept clean, and the doormen were very friendly. The location is also wonderful - only a block away from Rittenhouse Square, but on a quiet street with a great view of the city. It's a hidden gem in Center City and I wish I could have stayed there longer!

The best way to describe my experience living in this building is probably by recognizing that 2020 was a hard year to be away from family, but also that I felt at home living here.

Near Rittenhouse square (AMAZING LOCATION), I lived for one year in a 1 BR renovated apartment which was conformable and had the most amazing view to enjoy the sunset. Even better than the sunsets are the people that work in the building, the management, the maintenance staff and doormen are great.

Lived in Townhouse Apartments for more than a year. Building management is absolutely fantastic - Michael is always helpful and very responsive. Doormen know everyone and make you feel like at home here. Building might not have gym and common rooms but it is located in the most beautiful area of Rittenhouse square and still close to all the shops, restaurants and so on. It is also a great value for money. Apartments are very spacious and full of natural light. We lived both in a studio (not renovated) and later in 1 BR apartment (renovated). I definitely recommend choosing a renovated apartment if you have an option :)

The building is beautifully maintained and it's a wonderful place. Communications from management are detailed and timely. Location is possibly the best in the city. It's just steps from Rittenhouse Square and all of the action the city has to offer, yet still quiet. Doormen are a nice bonus. They are friendly, helpful and also add security.

I lived here for 2 years with my husband and little baby, and it was fantastic! The location is perfect - 1 minute from Rittenhouse square, yet located in a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. The entire building staff are super sweet, maintenance is excellent and very quick to respond and take care of anything needed. Our apartment was spacious with a lovely view of the city. Highly recommended!

I lived at Townhouse property for 1 year. Probably one of the best apartments you can find in center city. The apartment itself is well furnished and managed by a very responsible management team. As far as I remember I almost always got immediate response from the management office and the maintenance people. Doormen are always friendly too! And the location, one step away from everything yet relatively quiet. I miss there!

I lived in the Townhouse for two years and had a great experience. Management is extremely professional and responsive to any issues (regularly addressed any complaint within a day). Would highly recommend!

Lived here for 2 years with my husband and son and had a wonderful experience. The Management Team is accessible, and responds promptly. Any issue we've ever had (ie minor repairs) has been resolved within hours. Would 10/10 recommend.

I have lived in the Townhouse Apartments for almost 2 years, and I have loved it. My apartment is spacious and has great exposure to sunlight and views. The management and people working in the building are wonderful. All my questions and/or concerns are addressed quickly. The maintenance staff and doormen are great. The neighborhood is wonderful with beautiful architecture, many great restaurants and a block from Rittenhouse Square Park. Some units are renovated with more amenities than others, so each unit is a bit different. I would absolutely recommend living at the Townhouse apartments.

Rittenhouse Management does a great job. The doormen are friendly and helpful. The property is kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. If there are any issues, they are responsive and friendly. The service is great. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Literally the best apartment building I'll likely ever live in. sound-proof walls (a rarity!), management is the best I've ever seen - so responsive. Common spaces are sparkling clean. A perfect location for Meds students! I'm going to miss living there

We lived at 1417 Spruce Street for two years and couldn't be happier with our experience. Very responsive maintenance team, awesome apartments in a clean building, great locations, and great management. Couldn't ask for more when you're renting in the city!

Lived here for two years with my wife. We had a wonderful experience. Location is amazing - easy to get everywhere around Rittenhouse and beyond. Our renovated one bedroom was very nice and had a very large, functional kitchen. Older building means higher quality interior walls compared to new buildings - cannot hear neighbors. Updated windows were also effective at blocking street noise on lower floors. Doormen were great. Management was responsive. No major complaints. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and newly modernized. Love the secure entry at the front and friendly door staff. And of course, there's no better location in Philadelphia.

I stayed at the Town House for 2 years, and I very much enjoyed it. It is perfectly safe and clean. All the doorman and the manager is very helpful with any kind of situation. It is a perfect location in the middle of the city. The only issue is the parking. It may be challenging to find a spot some days. Other than that, I loved being a residence at the Town House.

We lived in The Townhouse for two years and highly recommend it! Newly renovated units with washer and dryer. Spacious living room and plenty of closets. Hard wood floors with no carpet. Management is responsive and accommodating. Everyone who works here is really nice. Plus location is great. Couldn't be happier!
