Curry's, Worksop Review

Hate the new lower floor q to be seen, seems to take for ever to be served. Uper deck kitchen items much better service.

Rude staff (Carphone Warehouse) ... Didn't get greeted even when trying to make eyecontact to purchase something... Walked out and gave my commission somewhere else

Very poor service; looking to purchase a new laptop which we informed the chap on the door and met with total indifference. We previously have purchased all our tech from this store but the pandemic has wiped out any semblance of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they were working Christmas eve. Never had anbad experience in this store

The staff are to busy talking or on the phone, specially up stairs

Never changes staff hovering near you all the time.even tho they tell you when you go in shout if you need us

Lovely visit here. Able to look round in peace without being pestered by numerous staff, but staff close by to help if required. Decent prices too.

I have used Curry's most of my working life and have always found that they are as good as the Internet giant for prices but offer a one to one service. Today I wanted a gadget they don't sell for my grandson but they still found where l could buy it for me

It's... Ok. Good selection but sometimesthe staff can't help cos its not their department. Also In th whitw goods section if there are more than a couple of people to be served you can wait a really long time.

We bought an oven here and it doesn't work. The salesman was useless and sold us a piece of junk as if it was as good as a Bugatti Veyron on Steroids. The manager doesn't understand what customer service is. We have to wait 7 days for a new one because of the messed up economic system the Uk has. Overall, I'd rather have an oven from Poundland. At least it would work. The Curry's motto is ' Get It Right.' Hahahahahahahahahhaha. It should be ' Get it Right, go to BnM Bargains!' If only Comet was still here. They will be forever missed around here because all we have now is Curry's.

I always use PC World/ Currys for all our electrical needs as I find the staff attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I always feel valued. The fact that I can go into a store and see a product before I purchase is a massive bonus. Coupled with the fact I'm helping to keep a high street chain and jobs going gives me satisfaction. I feel safe in the knowledge that if I have a problem I can go back/take back the product and they will exchange it etc. In addition I also purchase my mobile phone needs from Carphone Warehouse as again their staff are extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. Their customer service is second to none. Top marks from me. Very happy with all aspects.

Small store with poor selection (items bought as soon as on shelf) staff not very knowledgeable or helpful. Asked for specific item, explained what was for. What was sold was not fit for purpose once opened at home. Found it difficult to return item

Full of staff and one that you ask for help and then he goes off to fetch one of his minions

Great selection of products, both computer and white goods, the day we went the white goods dept was understaffed, due to sickness, but the lady there battled on to sort everyone out, even foregoing her lunch break, bless her.

Great experience again with the staff. They are all really friendly here and after the refit the store is looking the part as well.

Would not recommend Currys pc world in worksop as staff attitude is wrong hand rude !

Visited this store 3 times this week, plenty of staff & store not busy. No one approached me to help with advice/purchase on washing machine/laptop. In the end after asking for help to be looked at like I was asking the impossible I left More

If you order something to collect in store then you need waiting minimum 10 days!

Amazing new store refurbishment has massively improved the entire experience

We had a muck up that took several hours to sort out .xmas rush but it all came wright in the end

Staff wanting to sell insurance tried to scare me into buying. Because of this attitude will not use this company again.

Staff very helpful but item i looked at on display didn't work and could not connect to phone for a demonstration.so it was a wasted trip

What a lazy set of people in Curry s Worksop There s one lady called Nikki who is so so helpful she seemed to be the only one doing any work. It was very obvious that they don t work on a commission basis

Not enough staff on. Those that were on were grumpy. Cheer up its Christmas!!

I was hoping to view something (a new release piece of tech) but they didn't have it in store (and neither did carphone warehouse). Also though staff are friendly they weren't as 'up to date' with new and upcoming technology as I would have thought they might be and also seemed a little disinterested.

They do not have that many laptops here. Meadowhall is better.

Bought a Tablet on Sun the chap that served me wasn't very helpful at all, just wasn't interested, it will make me think twice before I go back again. Very disappointed. The tablet I did choose and buy I am very pleased with.

Had the best experience when getting my phone contract in the carphone warehouse and the Curry's team helped me out after with a ps4, extremely helpful team. Big respect x

Great range of electrical goods on display, significantly more since they created the mezzanine floor.

Seemed to be invisible, no help forthcoming. So I left without buying the laptop I wanted. Will go elsewhere where they might want my business.

Staff were a bit patronising about taking a display box and there wasnt any in stock amyway...

Paid in store yesterday for an item got told would be here by dinner! Still not here at tea time. Staff need a rocket up there backsides and customer services is terrible. Gonna get a refund and by from else where with ppl that no what there doing. Useless at Worksop

Why, when you go to Currys pay counter, that they try to sell you everything but for the things on the counter.
