I always use PC World/ Currys for all our electrical needs as I find the staff attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I always feel valued. The fact that I can go into a store and see a product before I purchase is a massive bonus. Coupled with the fact I'm helping to keep a high street chain and jobs going gives me satisfaction. I feel safe in the knowledge that if I have a problem I can go back/take back the product and they will exchange it etc. In addition I also purchase my mobile phone needs from Carphone Warehouse as again their staff are extremely knowledgeable and cheerful. Their customer service is second to none. Top marks from me. Very happy with all aspects.
