Very helpful they could not supply my item but gave me the phone number where I. mifgt be lucky

Reluctant to even give one star. Only given for the helpful assistant in Mansfield. Otherwise shocking customer service. Will not be visiting again.

Very helpful staff however the store appears to be let down by inconsistencies in range of stock on display (There are very few Top end items or budget items but yet an abundance of midrange items

Currys Worksop is the best place to go for your home goods or electronics. The staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help. I'd recommend anyone to go there. You'll have a great experience.

Friendly assistant,clean store,always worth a visit.

Very nice customer service. I was looking for something and the person dealing with that section was busy with other customers. Then another employee came and helped me find out if they have the item I was looking for and where to find stores with stock.

Shop assistants know absolutely nothing about product that they are selling.
If you ask for any kind of information they don't know.
Ask them what TV is better and they will only advice you accordingly the price.

I've ask what kind of parameters do these two TVs have different and they've said yes they have some different.
Ok so what parameters?
I don't know. This one is more expensive so "must" be better.
They don't know anything.

Nicely set out plenty to choose from though need more staff serving customers and offering advice on products etc..we went here having ordered the tumble dryer as non available in closer stores

Staff are more than happy to help, well they do get paid to be I quess.

I ordered a hoover online from my local currys store. I paid for it and was told to wait for an email so could go a pick it up. I then received another email telling me that my order had been cancelled and the my payment had not gone through. I checked my bank and currys had taken the payment from my account. I have been told that the money wii be paid back up 2 14 days. I will not be shopping at currys ever again.

Really poor service! Wanted a vacuum cleaner. Only 1 member of staff working upstairs & she told us she'd not had lunch yet, 3.30pm! One guy came up from downstairs, confirmed it was in stock but he couldn't serve us, cos he was on TV's, but no-one was lookin at TV's!! Then no-one was available to bring box downstairs. In the end, Nikki I think was her name brought it down. Covid or not, do better Currys!!

Sorry I don't like this shop at all because it's not as cheap as it makes out and I find it very rare that you would find a bargain in here, so sorry not my cup of tea.

Very friendly staff... great sense of humour, quick service and great price. Overall great place for electronic devices. Would recommend to everyone.

Went in for PS4 VR move controller. Box hung up took to til point, then to be told none on stock, and none in stock at any stores. Why have it hung up? One disappointed boy. Thanks Currys

Very expensive, most of the items they sell from tv's to toasters can be found elsewhere for a cheaper price. Large free parking outside.

Visited this store 2 times this week, plenty of staff & store not busy. No one approached me to help with advice/purchase on TV prefer to go to Argos smooth and easy purchase TV from Argos.

I bought a camera which I was told you could put apps on it when got home you could not put apps on it so I took it back and told because seal on box had been broken on the box that they could not refund me the box never had a seal on it the thing behind the counter had a bad attitude keep away

Easy to find like all currys PC world easy parking on site for all abilities

Never seem to have what you go in for. Expensive, cheaper to shop online

They gave me a solution to my problem that saved me hundreds of pounds

This visit was excellent at first everybody was busy upstairs so no one to help me so i went looking downstairs were a young man called stuart who had an arm in a sling took me upstairs to sort everything out quickly and effeciently nothing was to much, a very pleasant friendly young man i will be back to this store soon for something else

Seven staff stood talking, not one was interested in serving so I walked out.

Great staff. Lots of products at affordable prices. The recent refurbishment is of a great standard.

Really helpful saved me a lot of time, effort and money
