Tasty food. Scottish enough to be appreciated by the turist in me

We had a lovely time here, friendly staff, a good football match, and the most amazing duck I have ever had in my life... Just delicious mhhhhh.

What a fantastic pub this is. I think if I remember correctly like 400 years old. Lovely inside and have an outside section when warm. The pub has really lovely tasty food too. Great atmosphere!

Can't recommend this pub enough, food was excellent, lovely atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff went above and beyond providing a water bowl for my dog and then a saucer of dog treats. I can't express how impressed I am!

Authentic olds world pub dating back hundreds if years. Great variety of crafty beers on tap! It's a must if your in Byres rd.

One of the best pubs in the west end. Great atmosphere and plenty of locals.

Overpriced for what you get but it is West End. Enjoyed it anyway but swiftly moved on

Never been in a pub where the bar service was so bad. 5 barstaff took an age to serve us. Ignored our group, served others, barstaff standing using mobile while we waited. Customer service was atrocious

Only went for a coffee but looked at the lunch menu. Menu was fine considering the limited menu's at pubs during the pandemic. Daughter had her dog and the staff were very good with him.

Since it's refurb and take over this place is much nicer and less "student like". The staff are normally helpful and polite. The food is typical pub food but a bit over priced.

Food was lovely but cold by the time it arrived on my table. I know that they were short staffed but didn't expect the quality of service to drop.

Amazing pub grub available, we got the fish starter for two, it was absolutely delightful and was quite shocked how filling it was.

Great atmosphere, good prices, and tasty food. This is a regular choice for meeting up with friends.

1st time visitor with another 3rd time visitor, lovely location close to Ashton Lane but without the same crowds and pretension, keep your eye on the ball if you want a table in here (which sadly I did not) and reasonable range of hot drinks on offer too though extra care should be given to the temperature of the warmed milk.

Hard to leave a bad review. On the one hand Curlers is a lovely pub, very cosy, has decent food and has a good selection of beers. Been going there for about 15 years. It s a shame the staff working there just now are rude and dismissive. Usually a sign of bad management.

Good sized pub with a few nice quirks. Large selection of guest ales and a tasty, frequently renewed menu. Friendly mixed crowd place with events on from time to time.

It sells itself on having some sort of historical reputation of excellence. Dark, poncey and overpriced. Get yerself down to a real pub like Tennent's. Curlers is garbage

Nice wee pub with plenty seating. We only stayed for a few drinks but the selection is decent, pints are poured well and staff are friendly. Nice and relaxed too

Good atmosphere with a good selection of real ales.

Pints are good although stay away from the American beers, the Yanks can't make beer.

Comfortable pub, only had a couple of drinks. Prompt service and serves West brewery beers.

Hosts a boardgames group every second weekend, super friendly and acceping of dogs.

Disappointed that there is no snacks menu at weekend (sandwiches, paninis even chips), only full lunch menu. Food was good though, chips especially. Soft drinks portions are hobbit-sized, do they get many in here?

This is a nice pub near the botanical gardens. They have a small seating area outside. While having a large amount of seating inside. They have a nice selection of drinks as well as offering food. If you want to hang out for awhile they have board games you can pull out and play. It is not overly loud inside and the tables are not on top of each other.

Changed a great deal since I was in it 45 years ago. Very smooth.
