Fiddlesticks Bar and Restaurant Review

Food is great. However, I have noticed multiple times that patrons seem to be seated in central areas or near the entrance and walk way if they look nicer. If your appearance appears questionable, worn jeans, t-shirts, show skin or tattoos, or have work attire on, you are placed in the "back room", even when there is excessive available central seating. One time, there was a table of construction workers, a "biker" couple, a black couple, another tattooed couple, etc. I didn't notice any families in the "back room". This time, early dinner hour, we were escorted to the "back room", when 3/4 of the restaurant was empty. We requested a central booth. The hostess appeared disgusted, but obliged us. Behind us, a tattooed gay couple was taken to the "back room" when there was plenty of available seating. They were the only ones in the "back room" for 5 or 10 minutes when other patrons were seated in the central area. I mistakenly thought our money spent the same. We have gone there many times, but after seeing what we believe is obvious selection, we don't intend to go back. The experience left a very bad taste in our mouths.

Service and the food are good, drinks are made right. However, they nickle and dime you for everything. A side of ranch (maybe 2 Tbs.) for my wings was $1.00. I order my wings w/ sauce on the side and they wanted to charge me for the sauce. The last time, the chips for my appetizer had too much seasoning on them and I sent them back for plain chips, AGAIN they wanted to charge me for extra chips. So beware...

This place is my ABSOLUTE go-to for casual dining. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent staff!

Most of the time is a good experience. Taco Tuesdays are very hit or miss. Some days the tacos are fresh and full of meat and toppings, other days it's just a dusting of filling and soggy shells. Good mix of customers and a couple pool tables. Outdoor seating is nice but people get pretty rowdy at times. Wing Wednesday is not bad, super average tiny wings though. They also charge you a million bucks for every side of ranch you require instead of including a side with every order.

The bar aspect was decent. They had plenty of room to sit, two pool tables that were sunken down, and two sections of the place (one bar area, one diner looking area). The bartenders were awesome at keeping drinks full. The glasses were smaller than desired, leading to higher dollar per volume drinks than average. Yes it is a little worn down, but that's how most bars are. The food here was terrible, and I highly do not recommend it. The hamburger was a greasy thin pancake, which rivaled only state fair food. Overall I give it a 3 because it would be a good place to meet and chat with people, but not one to eat at.

It wasn't too impressive. The waffle fries we a bit undercooked and everything was just alright. Had burgers and chicken sticks.

in the area, ask where the locals eat, and found this place. Nice little gem in the middle of nowhere. Local bar, great food. Tuesday night tacos for $0. 75 a piece! How can you go wrong?!

Awesome food and drinks here, We always have a great experience when Jonathan is our server. He is awesome and makes our time enjoyable. When we get A different server in particular it s never a good Experience and we will be asking for Jonathan from now on!

Undercooked wings, female bartender has a major attitude. Was there year ago, and the wings were really good. I talked to the manager, and received an excuse they got busy all the sudden. Poor excuse for bad food and rude service.

Went to Fiddlesticks after put putting with a couple friends. I ordered a corona and so did my friend and my other friend ordered a water. We sat at the bar where Jordan was the bartender. After that I asked for a menu. I wanted to have a cigarette so me and my friends gave a card to Jordan for the tab. We ordered 2 appetizers outside to share. About 30 minutes later I ordered another beer. My friend who ordered the water then went in to order a 2 mixed drinks for him and the other girl with me. The waiter evan came back out and said that Jordan wouldnt serve my two friends anything. We went to talk to Jordan at the bar and I reminded her that she didnt serve them anything but one beer. I guess Jordan decided on her own that they were drunk even though they were not. So much for grabbing a bite and a couple drinks after put put. Thanks Jordan!

Good food. Good staff (usually). Games, dart board, pool.

Went there with my Dad and daughter for a burger and... It was one of the best I ever ate. Everyone was happy and full. A very good margarita as well. Thank you

Good bar, good service, good food and prices, buuuuuttt some Budweiser rep killed the vibe by loading the jukebox with pop country. Womp womp. We ll try again some other time I guess.

This place took care of our fantasy diurnal group of 12. I will definitely come back.

This is my favorite place to go as a photographer looking to work on photos and enjoy a good dinner still. They seriously have the best green chili cheese fries on the face of this planet!!!!!

First time here. Decent food. Good service. I was surprised to see it so busy on a Monday. We stopped for lunch and had a salad and ribeye. It was good.

No idea if they have new owners or managers but this place is going down big time.. I think bad service is worse than any COVID.

I ll start off by saying going here is fun food/staff is always great. However won t order to-go here anymore. Have had problems every time. Recently ordered burgers and splurged on a bunch of yummy toppings they offer (not cheap) picked up the order got all the way home to see all we had was wilted lettuce and soggy buns. Called right away no big deal just asked for a refund for the extra toppings and was told the manager would call me back. Never happened. Sent an email asking and no response since. If you get to-go here, check it before you leave.

Working pool tables, a patio, a large amount of fried foods on the menu, a wrap around bar. It is exactly what you might want and definitely what you expect.

My sister and I went in for lunch the other day.. I was really impressed the bar was very clean and bright very welcoming.. the bartender was very friendly and the food was great.. me and my sister will be coming back to see yall

A local's bar with a local flair. We checked this place out at the suggestion of some friends who live in the area - and their recommendation did not disappoint. huge beers, and thick pours at reasonable prices. And a late night menu (try the nachos) that is worth the stop alone. This place is certainly an old school locals dive, but if you can dig the dated decor then this place is for you!

Fiddlesticks is our local restaurant of choice for our entire family of 5. Mom and Dad love it plus all 3 of our kids down to age 2. All the TVs entertain the kids while the food is arriving. We ate dinner there last night and the food was exceptional and the staff is always top notch. It's just icing on the cake that it's only 1 block from our house. The food is quality, variety is terrific, and the prices are always cheaper than we expect. Thanks for providing such an awesome experience over and over again. This place is a great addition to our neighborhood. My 4 year old daughter always asks, "what does a Fiddlestick taste like?". She thinks there is a menu item of Fiddlestick to order. Amazing service cool atmosphere and really good food they have four different kinds of french dip sandwiches so it's my kind of Heaven. And we got the fried mushrooms which they slice up themselves so there's not a boiling pocket of deliciousness that scars you for a week LOL very good very good

I Love Fiddlesticks everyone who works there makes me feel welcome weather I'm on the patio with Cooper or at the bar just chilling after a long ride the atmosphere is great and so are the smiling faces I've not have anything on there menu thats not good the flavors and the choices are almost endless above and beyond your typical bar food

Just go in....its literally the best bar and grill in the area and the food is amazing

Pretty nice atmosphere, lots of tv's and games on for one to watch. I was greeted by the bartender right away. Super nice and accommodating to me being a first time patron. I ordered a burger and fries, prob some of the best bar food iive had in a long time. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area.

Waited over 10 min for a beer while the bar tender chatted with others. She took so long that the waiter brought waters to appease us. Apps over $10. We went to Front Range Inn instead. Bar tender ran laps to accommodate the whole bar. We ate fries with chili, 2 beers each. Grand total!!.... $13.00. Everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. Left a 50% tip. Went home happy.

Always have a great time here. They have TVs everywhere! Really great for football season when everyone has a different team to cheer on! They play MNF Bingo on Monday nights for a chance to win $ to come back and use on your tab. Fiddlesticks has different food specials every day if you don t want to order off the regular menu too! Their fries are my favorite!
