You have to enjoy this place. There is always a pleasant ambience. You can enjoy good food or you can just sit and enjoy the opportunity to chat. It's dog friendly, has a wider and varied selection of beers, wines and spirits and it's also reasonably priced.

We went for a Sunday roast. We had to wait over an hour for food but then they did give us a free round of drinks. Food was decent. All in all a good place to eat and I'm sure most people would get quicker service.

This is a homely little bar with great, cheap food and a lovely open kitchen. I had the 2 course deal and really enjoyed both the caesar salad to start and the chicken burger for main. The staff are very attentive and make you feel very much at home.

Such a pity this place gets it so wrong sometimes. Nice pub and friendly enough staff but food wasn't great for the price. Had the Sunday roast. It was at 7.30on the evening. Most stuff had run out. Had the beef with gammon (as you More

From the moment you walk in you get a warm welcome. The food is excellent and great value for money. Can recommend the pan fried king prawns and chorizo on toasted sourdough for a starter. Great atmosphere and would return again.

Oh wow. The best Sunday lunch I have had in a very long time, and the rest of the family agreed. Lovely cosy place and the fire going upstairs looked a real treat. Great service good prices and excellent food (again).

I loved it. The pub is a converted building and has great atmosphere. The food is good; I recommend the ham, egg and chips which I really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and the prices reasonable; all-in-all a great place to eat!

Probably my favourite pub in the west end. Go in for a pint and before you know it 4 hours have pasted by. Nice chilled atmosphere and the Sunday roasts are amazing! Can't wait for my next visit :)

Had a wonderful time here earlier this evening. We popped in for a pint as it's our first day living in the west end of Glasgow. It was also our first time going to the pub since the COVID outbreak. A tallish ginger staff member greeted us and was really great - he had really good knowledge of what was on offer and offered us a really lovely table by the window. Everything felt really safe and hygienic and definitely made us feel comfortable drinking there. The place also has a beautiful rustic feel and is very well decorated. Would highly recommend - we'll definitely be back.

Great place for good pub grub. Awesome atmosphere for a Saturday night dinner. The Mac and cheese and pie were delicious. Lots of beer choices with plenty of pale ale and IPAs. Lots of room for groups.

The staff in Curler's were absolutely superb on Saturday!!! We were a large group, ordering large numbers of drinks and meals - and we were so well looked after!! The beer is great (lots of choice - particularly for the ale drinkers) and the food was hot and really tasty. Every question we had got a helpful answer, every request was welcomed and dealt with. Fair enough, the TV signal wasn't great upstairs, but it was good enough (and outside their control). A great day out - we'll be back!!! Thanks!

Normally I would say it's a great pub as I have been here a few times. My brother use to work in Curlers, but today of all days (Mothers day) the service was great until the waitress took our main plates away. We waited a about 30 minutes or slightly longer for our desserts. I booked a table for 18.30 and I paid my bill straight after I finished my dessert at 20.20. The pub was quiet.

Nice atmosphere and realty nice beer! Apologies for the 3 stars I previously gave this place, it was a typo! The place is really cosy and the craft beers they have are great. I've been a number of times and never been disappointed (other than some crying children, but who has full control over that?! ).

Great place to meet for a beer, right on Byers Rd and close to loads of other pubs and restaurants. Does get very busy on Friday and Saturday nights. Serves food, but I've never eaten here, so cannot comment.
