What an unprofessional lot!
Had called and spoken to them about a property, and was also subscribed to it on all online portals. Drove over 30 minutes to attend the open home and when I walked in was told oh we ve accepted an offer for this already, but decided to have the open home anyway .
Why not update the portals to advise an offer has been accepted, or at the very least cancel the open home so that you don t waste people s time. Even an update to the text of the ad would push a notification through. Such a lack of respect for other peoples time.
Oh, and the sold price was more than $250K higher than the auction guide . So yeah, chronic underquoting too.
Steer clear and find another agent that has some basic professionalism.
Used Cunninghams for the sale of our late Father s home at Seaforth. We were lucky enough to have Ben and Andrew manage the sale from start to finish. Their honesty, inclusiveness and constant feedback was outstanding. Pretty much everything they predicted, eventuated and we constantly felt that we were in safe and professional hands. Would use them again in an instant.
As a renter, I have only received professional and fast responses from Stefano from Cunninghams, which isn't always the case with real estate agents. Recommend highly.
We have rented a property through Cunninghams for 18 months. Alex who showed us the property was lovely and tried hard to help us get a lower rental price which was much appreciated by 3 young professionals.
Unfortunately we were then given Francine as our rental agent. She has proved to be rude and incredibly unhelpful in her communications since day one, and has made us feel like in asking for what we are rightfully allowed to ask for (eg cupboard doors to be fixed) we were asking for something extraordinary and making her life a pain. Your job as a rental agent is to be the contact point between tenants and the landlord - if you don't like it, get a new job. Further, we have asked questions that were directed at the landlord and Francine has come back and clearly not asked the landlord the question - when we have no way of communicating with them this is extremely disappointing.
As a lessor myself, I really hope that my tenants never have to deal with someone as rude as Francine has been to us.
Professional in all aspects was Georgi Bates from Cunninghams Real Estate. An industry leader whom understands her target market and local precinct. As a developer our property requirements were quite specific. Ticking all those boxes and more, we FOUND, LOVED and the property was SOLD. Well done team.
We dealt with Cooper Graham at Cunninghams for finding us a rental in Freshwater. Instantly he made us feel very relaxed and treated us with respect and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment in a very competitive market and I have recommended him to friends and he has also done the same as you can tell he cares about the service he provides. If we have an issue or something needs fixing Cunninghams have been the best agent I have ever dealt with in 15 years.
It is rare to find a real estate that genuinely care especially in the rental market.

From reading the reviews it seems we have had similar experiences as other people. We have rented through Cunninghams for the past 2 years.
Throughout that time we have had a lot of trouble communicating with Francine, she has constantly been rude and abrupt and felt like everything we have asked has not been taken into consideration or past on to the property owner. An example is we asked for the widows in the bedrooms to be fixed as they were painted shut, this was asked to happen numerous times and ended up happening 18 months after the original request.
Feeling very relieved to be out of our rental property with cunninghams.
