Had an appointment with Kevin. I arrived approximately 15 min early only to be told Kevin was on a delivery in Gilmer. I was asked to wait about 45 minutes more til his return. My time is as valuable as theirs is so I did not wait. Will be taking my printing business and all others I know of elsewhere. They have piss poor customer service and could have had the decency to call me, since they had my #, and let me know as I was driving over from Gladewater.
