He went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment in a very competitive market and I have recommended him to friends and he has also done the same as you can tell he cares about the service he provides. If we have an issue or something needs fixing Cunninghams have been the best agent I have ever dealt with in 15 years.
It is rare to find a real estate that genuinely care especially in the rental market.
