Similar experience to one of the reviews here. Our water dispenser broke down 3 weeks ago, we scheduled a date and time for someone to come down and fix it but it was a no show. We contacted them again and they made up some excuse and said they will contact us again. They haven't contacted us since. The customer service game is really weak.

update (18/11): its been a month, the customer service got back and said they will schedule an appointment (something about still training workers) but no appointment has been made thus far!

update (21/11): finally made an appointment at 3 today but it was a no show, surprise surprise. Called them but was unable to get through to the customer service, no explanation, did not even inform that they are not going to turn up. wow, love how responsive they are!

Terrible customer service who cancel the repair/filter replacement appointment at their own decision without confirmation and proper notification with customer. Reschedule for second appointment but they missed again without informing customer again. You are wasting the money and times of your customer. A lot of room for improvement on customer service.

I heard much about the rice cooker... and wanted to see the variety of the rice cooker before making my decision. I went to NEX but the part time sales person was not able to demonstrate because only have 1 cooker/pressured cooker was displayed.

The picture that you see as their profile pic... is the only display that they have. Only 3 rice cooker was on display.

I walked in at 9.10 am, with a bunch of people eating their breakfast, no pen was offered for us to take down our details nor Temperature amidst Covid measures.

The poor sales lady took effort to explain to my mom with my horror of watching at how noisy the staff were and there was some work man repairing and drilling. Absolutely no effort was spared to ensure some form of customer experience.

I read the other reviews of those who had problems with their water dispensers. I can imagine why. So is it worth spending so much money for my rice cooker and I might not even get a decent customer service at their MAIN outlet?... perhaps not.

Cuckoo Singapore you guys need to rethink your head quarters show room and and have some social work etiquette. It's such a pity cos I heard so much about your rice cooker.

I would like to share regarding the poor customer and maintenance service I encountered with CUCKOO Singapore recently. I bought a CUCKOO water dispenser a month ago for nearly S$2000. For the first appointment I made to install the water dispenser, the installation guy did not turn up on the agreed date and time. We waited in vain and no one called us. We made a second appointment for installation and the same thing happened, no one came and no one informed us. We decided to give them the last chance before we cancelled the purchase. So we made a 3rd appointment and finally the installation guy came but he was late for nearly 3 hours. The installation was done badly. A wrong hole was drilled and a second hole was drilled again. This has caused the tile of the kitchen cabinet to crack. On the first night after the installation, the trunking for the pipes of the water dispenser dropped off. The kitchen was in a mess. We have informed Cuckoo sales person to send someone to repair for us. However, 3 weeks have passed, no one came to repair and no one contacted us. We are very disappointed with the service. Finally, we decided to give up on them and repair ourselves.

I sincerely hope that CUCKOO can improve on their service.
