The process was seamless and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was walked to my storage unit and was given instruction on how to unlock and lock my unit. The staff was also very diligent in making sure I received my key and information regarding the location.
Awesome people, nice location can't beat the pricing also!! Loved it so much I got two units.....yup me and my brother got a lot of junk we don't wanna throw away!!
I gave Cube Smart 4 out of 5 because of the customer service and economy. I was not "wowed" because I was given the wrong entry code and wound up losing a day in moving. I had to wait until the next morning to only to be told that the code was correct in the system but not on the card written by the general manager.
They are the best here! I worked with Denise Jones and her customer service was excellent. They were the only facility opened during the blizzard. I'll never go anywhere else.

The employee was excellent however there was only 1 cart that could be found to support the transfer of items.
Got a really bad experience with this people, me bike was storage here with six others, and they got STOLEN and none of the suff saw anything, and it was on day light around 1:00PM I know there most be something fisshy there probably some of the stuff people were involved in that, all I can say dont do bussiness here with this disgusting place or your things will get STOLEN too.
This is a clean facility with a great staff. The lot is easy to navigate in a moving truck.

My personal experience with Denise as well as Tyrone has been a excellent one over the phone & in the store as well. They both handle business in such a professional way. The cleanliness and surrounding are kept up as well.
Made a reservation and was quoted at about 80 dollars thru their website. Come to find out the actual price, after insurance and all of their hidden fees was over 200 dollars. Entire business model is based on enticing people with a very reasonable rate, then more than doubling the cost when they arrive. Women on the phone could not even give me a straight answer as to how much my unit would cost, just that it'd wind up being abouut 200 dollars/ more than double the price listed online
This Cubesmart has issues the Manager is Denise Jones they need to remove her from this facility. If I could give negitive stars I would. They are very unperfessional. Cubesmart corporate office needs to do pop ups on this facility and have the mystery shoppers to go to the facility to rate their employees then they will see just how horrible they are. Think twice before going here not all cubesmarts just this one.

Some day are better some are not... You may find an agent doing ok.. The next day he fron the face or even sometime there a nobody at the counter for hours

Rude customer service. Our contract was terminated after disturbing the property manager after 10pm. This was no disturbance and the manager refused any type of assistance and told us to vacate.

Con-Started at a great rate; better than DC. In 2016 $75 for 10x10. By 2020 10x10 over $140 and was going up to $150 effective 12/01/2020. We moved out 11292020. Too many price increases. If anything, the longer someone rents they should get a discount. Four years later, moved on. Pro- Always had units available.

I am very satisfied with the location of the store. The facility is well clean, and the security looks great. I would recommend the facility to friends and family.

Worst place you can't even trust them, 7 dirbikes where stolen on day light in front of their noses and no body saw nothing? Neither the camaras capture anything, such as discuting place, something is not right there if you have bikes get them out of there before they gone!

REALLY 0 OUT OF 5 STARS. Terrible customer service. The lady running the place was extremely rude and seemed angry that I was even in the store. Even though I brought my own lock she wouldn't let me use it and required me to buy a lock from her stating that I was to provide my own "plate" to close the unit door even though all other units were given plates. This woman needs to be replaced. I'll make sure no one that I know ever uses this storage facility.
They have have excellent customer service. The property is clean and the establishment is very help logistically for business owners/operators. The general manager, Lillian, gave me a list of numerous services that they offer and I plan to use in the near future. Compared to other local storage facilities they met my business needs the best.

Dee was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she help me get the right storage space at a reasonable price, but she also made me feel welcome in my new community, informing me of all the fun amenities available in the Bladensburg/D.C. area. I have never had to rent storage space before, but Dee made it a pleasant and easy experience. The entire facility is clean and neat, and everything operates easily (i.e. entry/exit gates, doors to storage units).
Nice but my unit is next to somebodies who is using their unit as a repair shop and they have their equipment in the way of entering my unit.
The staff, I wish I could drop her name is amazing. She made sure my transitioning was smooth, and was available when I had questions throughout. As a hard of hearing man it was tough to communicate with the mask, but she found ways to make sure I understood her. Thank you!
