We stayed there for 3 nights.. the access to this hotel is very tough if you come through car or van.. really narrow street and they wont allow your vehicle to stay more than 5 minutes.. the receptionists were very helpful.. but the complimentary breakfast, they hardly had 4 dishes per day.. very poor.. and it also tasted bad.. Room was comfortable and room service was very punctual and did the needful daily!!!
Pleasant hotel well located and close to public transport. Clean well appointed rooms and nice buffet breakfast. Will go again.

Great location and great service provided by the friendly staff. They can store your luggage before and after check in. And the room is very clean, having everything as advertised. Microwave, fridge, kettle. Also they are very honest people. I accidentally gave more cash for the deposit without knowing and they found out the mistake and contacted me!!
The rooms are very nice, well furnished. They've thought of just about everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I arrived very late (after 10pm), and everything was sorted in short order. The only issue I have is on the floor and side that I'm on, there is some construction that went through until about 4am in the morning. Unfortunately the beds and room can't fix external construction. A friend also staying here told me that on the higher floors, the sound isn't a problem.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and location was great. The only thing that I felt was lacking is some basic amenities such as slippers, bath robe, bottle of water, etc. I know this now the standard in Studio rooms, but would be a nice little addition.

I am already having an unpleasant experience BEFORE my stay, via the rude emails I received from Fraser Place Melbourne's staff Andrew Miso. It's not because the hotel not honouring the Best Rate Guarantee. It's just the email telling you are not qualified in such a rude way. Even telling me in future if I want to go looking for better rates after booking, don't book one with a non-refundable condition.It's none of his business what I want to do with my future. If I knew this is the treatment I am going to get, I don't even want to stay at that hotel but now I am stucked!

Not bad but a small separation between sleeping space and the kitchen would not be better.

I've stayed here several times. Its clean, the bathrooms are good, but each room I've been in has had virtually no natural light, making them have a dungeon feeling. There are large windows, but facing brick walls very closely. I won't stay there again because of the dark rooms.
So disappointed very poor costumer service Girls in front disk wasn t professional and so dry the guy was half A sleep talking to us wasn t that clean inside the room Wouldn t recommend it.

The cigarette case left by the former guest on the balcony and the shampoo used in the bathroom were not removed. The air conditioner was very noisy. I thought it was good overall, but the friend who lived in another room encountered the most exaggerated thing. There was none in the room. Any necessary facilities (toasters, hot water bottles, tableware cups, tea, coffee and other brews, hair dryers, spare pillows and quilts, ironing utensils), inform the counter that although some supplies are supplemented, the staff s attitude is very poor and there is nothing I apologize, and I will inform the counter staff about these problems the next day (to avoid feeling that the shortage of items is our doubt). The counter staff asked us to appeal to Agoda, which is incredible.

Quiet and very clean, this small hotel was pleasant to stay in and recently renovated. Staff were efficient to check in and check out. Pleas be aware you need to provide a $150 deposit at check in.

Amazing place!! Clean and quiet, friendly staffs including house keepers. I felt very welcomed. I slept 10 hours on the super comfortable bed, with crisp fresh linens. Highly recommended! !

No parking onsite but paid parking venue across the street. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, king size bed, well appointed kitchen, laundry facilities in room, onsuite bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Excellent buffet breakfast in the cafe for $10 each.

Amazing service from the staff (especially from Ubay!) We came in to drop off our bags before check in and let them know it was our friend's 21st birthday and when we checked in 2 hours later they had set up a cake and balloons in the room! So lovely to see such kind and friendly staff and a good sized room with unlimited wifi which is a big plus! Will stay again when in Melbourne
LOCATION Well situated hotel. Only a few minutes walk to china town and a few more for melbourne central. With the tram system in Melbourne we didn't find any trouble traveling around the CBD. ROOMs We were given an upgrade to the executive room for our stay. The room was generous in size but this could be different for other rooms. Room includes many appliances include a washing machine, ironing board, stove, sink and all the other regulars such as a safe and TV. Over all we were very please with the rooms. There was one negative point we found which was the AC was extremely lound in our room (907). SERVICE. Service was pretty solid. We arrived really to Melbourne around 8am and decided to head to the hotel to put down some luggage but instead when we arrived, staff member TONGTA was able to provide us a complimentary early check in and a room upgrade. When we were leaving Melbourne we able to get our luggage stored when we checked out. OVERALL I definitely recommend this hotel due to the location and decent room facilities.Also shout out to Tongta for our room upgrade and early check in.
Stayed 2 nights this week. Staff were friendly. Room had plenty of space but needed to change rooms on the second night due to inability to shut the door ! I travel regularly to MLB and there is much better value around.

Nice hotel and good location although the laneway it's on is a bit rough around the edges.
I picked up a friend outside the hotel in the lane way. Google rewards in conjunction with Google maps sent me a survey. I completed the rewards survey purely for the Google play credits. All I know about the venue is there is zero parking anywhere nearby on a Saturday night. Maybe the hotel rooms and service is great. I wouldn't know... which means this is a rather pointless survey which apart from the info on street parking (or lack thereof) I've probably just waster your time.
Basic room with kitchenette. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly. The room smelt like smoke.

Deluxe studio room was a great size
Unfortunately the only downfalls are: room air con is soo loud and kept us up most of night. The ensuite shower door needs attention as water from shower goes all over bathroom floor and not able to get dressed in bathroom. If air con is turned off unfortunately you can hear all street traffic noises.

I loved stay in Fraser Suite Sydney and my wife and I decided to stay in Fraser Place when we traveling Melbourne.
Great and friendly staffs (few staffs are bit down early in the morning) including those who serving in morning kitchen.
Loved room (Studio type) and was very cozy. Especially loved their pillow menu! Location is good but bit far (11mins walk) from city centre.
One small thing was the hotel entrance. Bit hard to find and the entrance covered with bins..
Overall it was good as I expected.

I've stayed their twice and found they are definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at for the price. The space is about average for two people but the small kitchen area is well stocked and nice, making it a bit better than the rest. The provided toiletries in the room were nice and felt quality and the beds were clean. There isn't a great view or anything, at least from the room I was in, as it faced the alley and oppisite building but there is balcony that was good to take calls on and listen to the night sounds of Melbourne. Overall a fairly average hotel with a number of things provided which added an aura of convenience and thoughtfullness to the room. Pleased with my stay there.

Check in was a bit slow and cumbersome after a long day and with a work event to get to. Staff were otherwise great. Studios are small but fine. Stayed on the 13th floor and there are timber privacy screens over the bottom 3/4s of the windows. Breakfast was good, Wifi was ok but not super fast.
