Great bikes premises but their prices are ridiculous when compared to the rest of the market, seem to sit there months on end for that reason..... Similar bikes 2/3k cheaper elsewhere...

Ignore the signage they're not a Ducati main dealer. They ought to take the signage down

This is without question the best bike (Ducati especially) dealer in the UK and run by the nicest people. I have not bought bikes from anywhere else in the last 15 years as Phil, Jon and Stuart rock!

Realistically priced and no hard sell during a annual service when other items were found that needed correcting they were resolved at no cost.
Clear advice on tyre replacement timing.
Service team were really knowledgeable and were happy to share that knowledge.

A fine Saturday in October so popped down to Italia Moto. A friendly welcome, a cuppa and some very fine exotica.

Super atmosphere felt like I've known them 20 years

In 30 years of riding bikes I have visited my fair share of dealerships, both big and small. This was the most pleasurable experience ever, old school customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Non pushy sales team that are genuinely passionate about bikes and it shows. Absolute first class service , cant praise enough. Thank you John for making it such a enjoyable experience buying a bike from you.

It was a nice experience to taste a real customer service for once! Here are finally people that say they'll call you back and actually DO IT!!! I've been confronted during the last 6 month to various businesses that promised a lot and delivered silence (or nothing at all). I felt welcomed, cared about, and listened. So whether it's for a scooter MOT or a bike repair that's my first choice In whole Lincolnshire.

Fantastic place and people. Bought a used Speed Triple earlier in the year and found the whole process to be relaxed. Since, I experienced an issue with the bike and although it was out of warranty they collected the bike for me took it to a Triumph dealer and returned it completed. I wish all dealers were as good as this one, particularly Stu who has always put me at ease and offered an unrivalled level of service.

By far and away the best dealership I've dealt with. The team take care of customers well and go above and beyond.

The guys at Italia Moto are first class. They managed to diagnose and fix my very poorly Multistrada and really nice people who are clearly into both motorcycles and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

They have just serviced my two bikes again- brilliant customer service. Rang me and asked if they could keep hold of them for a few days until weather was better as wanted to test ride them after service and would not take them out until roads dry and salt free. Top dealership

Dropped in here today for some new Jeans to match my jacket. Sadly they didn't have what I needed but would 100% recommend them, they couldn't have been more helpful. Will definitely be using them for future purchases.

love my local duke shop trouble is it has a weird effect on me, i go to buy say a fiver part, and come away spending at least a hundred!
