Lucky to have this place within walking distance of my house. Good beer and beer snack selection. Dog-friendly and stylish 'huts' in the garden. Recommended and looking forward to going back when - if - the pubs reopen.

Unfriendly staff member spoiled our evening. He rudely told people waiting for food to arrive that they had to be out in less than half an hour because they had children with them, saying that the licence for the Pig & Whistle did not allow children after 8pm.

Cosy local with reliably good food and Youngs on tap. Not the nicest road to be sited on but worth a short walk from Earlsfield train station. Attracts a mixed crowd and has a small outdoor area round the back. Recent addition: chilli sauce cabinet! Great idea.

Not a friendly pub unless you are a local and look the part. Asked for a whiskey was offered a jack daniels. Asked for a gordons dont sell it. Weirdly they sold fosters. We went to meet family, bought a large round almost 50 quid. Whilst still ordering my son which was with family was told he would have to leave at 8pm he was on coke. They told him not us.This was my local years ago may have looked tatty but lovely atmosphere. Moved on to a much nicer pub. Better selection of whiskey! And not a tosser in sight.

This is a lovely, cosy pub which has lots of pig related decor! The beer garden is great and has small booths for groups. Nice place to go for a drink - I haven t eaten there but would do!

The most child unfriendly pub I have been to. Terrible attitude and rude staff. We came as a large group of adults and kids (NCT crowd) and precooked the outside area, highlighting we had lots of young children with us. After we had arrived and ordered the kids food, they said their policy is that kids have to sit down the whole duration. How you are supposed to enforce that with kids aged between 18mths and 4. Had they warned us, we wouldn t have booked. If you are not child friendly, don t have a kids menu. Kids food is not great and how they can serve and charge so much for Peppa Pig pasta is completely lazy. We didn t order adults food and promptly left. Much better child friendly pubs in the area

Pub with summer patio, ideal for eating fish & chip's tasting some of the best English and Irish beers, excellent service and attention. Also if they like to pass the Premier League and Rugby matches, friends can be challenged to throw in the center with darts.

This is a good pub. In particular they have a cabinet full of hot sauce which is excellent. They also seem to stay open forever which is also good. Plenty of seating. The food is good, no complaints. The have plenty of events/evenings going on.

Loo s are clean

Also as a parent, it s nice to see this is a pub for grownups. With my kids I go elsewhere, when it s with a mate I go here.

Also they serve black samuca, 1*. But only for the person who buys it.

Really nice staff, great environment. We enjoyed the steak and the pie. The t-bone steak is a really good deal on a Tuesday. The steak and Guinness pie was really tasty and huge, but we could have done with a bit more gravy. Will be back

Great place and more diverse than your average pub with a lot of nice cozy "rooms" in the small outdoor section. They sell South African beer which is great. Food is good quality and timely. Also not massively oily like your normal pub. A good number of TVs so great for sport. Lots of smiles and good service too
