Had very bad experience with this company. We have been running our domain name registration and mail hosting through this party for years. A while ago we undressed our package on the advice of CSV. Last week it suddenly appeared that our complete mail and website were out and that our domain name was already offered for sale via SIDN. What turned out eventually; instead of undressing the package, CSV had canceled the complete package while the package had already been paid for. The customer service was particularly difficult to reach and after a number of calls to customer service, the 'sales' line was eventually called which was answered immediately. After being out of the air for 4 (!) Days (both our mail accounts and our compelte website) everything went live again. All in all not recommended this party. We therefore consider leaving the entire package.

Excellent provider Nice and fast and competitively priced.
Switched to CSV Networks about a year ago and I really like that. After long time problems with my previous provider, it is really a relief that suddenly everything runs without problems (and continues to run !!). The price / quality ratio is good and there is a lot of choice in different packages. Everything can be ordered online and is active very quickly. Via the self-service account you have a good overview of all your domains and the renewal dates. Also great are the Direct Admin instruction videos they have on the website. This has helped me a lot! The help desk is accessible (not always by phone, but your questions by mail will be answered even in the evening and weekends). Little trouble with disruptions and everything is kept reasonably up to date. To keep a long (drastic) story short ... very satisfied with this hosting provider.

Unprofessional company, you call support and you are literally called a name ... everything is canceled immediately. I pay so at least I want to be treated normally.
