I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from salesman Tom Burrell and he filled my gas tank and even installed my child seat for me. It was a great experience from start to finish, and the finance department was great as well, Kassia is great! I would recommend Sands Ford to family and friends.

I am very disappointed in my short experience with this dealership. I inquired about a used Ford fusion with almost 100,000 miles on it that I wanted to purchase in cash. My offer went up over $1,000 from my initial offer to an "out the door" price of $8,500. They were unwilling to negotiate from their initial price of $8,599 + taxes, title, and fees. They told me that was the absolute best they could do. I politely told them thank you for the offer, but I would be looking elsewhere, didn't get a reply email. Well, not even 3 hours later and the car is listed on their website at $8,499. This short experience should tell you what kind of people they are. Very unprofessional.

Sold me a piece of junk. Three days after I purchased a used 2011 Fiesta, the inside driver's door handle broke, glove box fell out, rear window doesn't work and visor mirror cover broke. Obviously these things were not mentioned and I was told weren't covered under the "warranty."

On 02/09/16 I called to schedule and oil change on my 2011 ford F350 at 2pm. I was told no problem please bring it in for service. When I arrived a wonderful Lady greeted me with such pleasantry. I felt very welcomed which is rare in todays service industry. Mrs. LEIGH ROGERS was exceptional , she was able to get my truck in service right away, my wait was very minimum, she was very courteous with both my vehicle as well myself while I was waiting for my truck to be completed, which happened soon there after. Mrs. Rogers is a sure asset to your team an I will be bringing my truck back when I need service.

The price of your truck online reflects that of a clean truck in good to excellent condition coupled with the fact that the salesman told me it was a one-owner, garage kept was enough to have me drive an hour only to be disappointed by finding a 6 inch rusty gash in the body of the truck. Garage kept? More like kept in a barn or pavilion. As shiny as the truck was everywhere else, that unsightly rust hole makes the truck fair condition at best. Salesman then tried to tell me that it wouldn t be too expensive to fix. So how come you didn t fix it? As I was leaving, he told me someone is coming to buy the truck at 2pm. Over 24 hours later, truck is still for sale. I think you guys grossly misrepresented this truck both on the online listing and what I was told on the phone.
Update: responding to the reply from Kassia. I emailed you as well as left you a message. 15 days later, no return call or reply to the email so you go from 2 stars to 1.
PS. That rusted out truck is still for sale too
Have had nothing but trouble since I bought a F150 from them. They were definitely sure to skip any sort of warranty and the form they fill out promising you a great customer service experience is a huge lie. They couldn't even do something as simple as fill the gas tank upon selling the vehicle, even after asking them they only filled it to a quarter. Do not do business with this garbage filled company!
I bought my 2004 F-150 FX4 from Sands of Red Hill. Ian and Colleen were very helpful in the whole process. I would tell anyone to buy a car there. I will be back for sure the next time I am in the market for a car.

There is a sign out front that says "Sands express oil change, no appointment needed". So I stopped in and they said that they couldn't fit me in. Well in my eyes that's false advertising so u called and talked to a manager abd he said that he will forgive something out for me and then never called back.
I was truly looking to do a a cash deal with this dealership but happy I went with my gut took my time and ended purchasing elsewhere. The dealership we ended up buying from was not only helpful but shared major suggestions on purchasing a first car for our kid. Not only did we up our budget but wound up purchasing a brand new car no miles. Had this place taken time out to hear us through they might of earned my business cause patience is key, follow up is a must and excellent customer service skills. Thank goodness I did not waste gas and a hefty trip here from where we live. But due to current crisis we wanted to do most of leg work from home due to limited restrictions. Will never return here or recommend it.

I was here recently to get my truck with 30k inspected. Service writer comes out to notify me that the truck fails because it needs rear brakes. They Are below 2millimeters...
I ask them to show me. I walk back look at my brakes with the mechanic and ask him to measure in front of me. They are now magically low but that will pass. Moral of the story, remember that service advisors are sales people. Not all service writers are like this, but this is just absolutely terrible service...

I wanted to upgrade/trade my 2012 GT500 to/for a '14 Shelby. My Local dealer's offer was suspect at best. Time to car shop on the internet for the first time. My work truck was broken down and I needed a relay for Saturday to complete a big paying job and no dealer ship would order the part for me and Brian at the parts counter was the complete package. I went into this dealership with a unique and impossible need. It was about 8 hours before a major snow storm, I am a snow removal business owner, and I needed a truck with a plow on it right then and there. It was a losing battle and they had nothing with a plow on the lot. Mark was my sales person and he showed me the truck i purchased with a plow mount on it but no plow. With their connections we went 10 minutes down the road and miraculously found a plow that fit the ancient mounts. The plow was not functioning and the plow store was expectedly swamped before the storm. They immediately went to work getting the plow ready for me as we completed all the paper work. I was home by 8:00pm and moving onto bigger and important storm prep things. I would not have survived the snowstorm if it was not for Mark and Bob's fast and amazing help. Thanks guys! I own a fleet of Fords and will be coming to see you anytime I need anything in the future!!!
They lie about their inventory. Asked about three different cars advertised and none were available to see. Lots of excuses and more than happy to show me something more pricey. Basically a dishonest car dealer.

After having issues with my Girlfriends vehicle I was dreading going to the 'DealerShip' to have it fixed. This is a wonderful facility that is easy to locate, and very knowledgable and helpful with all requests and requirements. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a reasonable mechanic to work on their ford.
I will also add that the Service Department itself, as I have never been to the 'DealerShip' is very quick with parts and also diagnostic at a reasonable price!
They are nice and polite but that is about it. I ve had several issues with them not putting a belt back on properly after they replaced a clutch not tighten the bolts down on the batteries properly and most recently they put my brakes on backwards. All they wanted to do was have me come in there and drive my vehicle farther more than I already have because they would not reimburse me. I would never take my car back there to be serviced nor buy a vehicle from them.

I have been buying trucks from Sands Ford for over 20 years. Occasionally I will try shopping around for a better price, but each time I end up back at Sands. Recently bought the Rouch F250, which didn't have a few features I wanted, sands did some research and found a way to get me what I wanted without pricing the truck out of my range. Didn't bother shopping around, felt like and believe I got the best deal at Sands. Very pleasant experience without the stress and pressure that ussually come when purchasing a Vehicle.

Very unprofessional place. Took them 6 days to do a five hour job (water pipe). Incompetent service people couldn't find parts. Took ME 10 minutes on Google and a phone call to Thompson to get right parts for them. Also, didn't know grease came with every repair!

I had a seat belt issue in my Expedition, another dealer ordered in the wrong part to fix it so I tried Sands Ford and had the privilege of meeting and speaking with Bryan in parts. He was extremely helpful and kind & got me the right part needed - what an asset to your dealership! I will def deal with your location, and Bryan for all future needs.
Very poor service after the deal was made. They waited until the very end to advise there was only one key (2016 vehicle with under 10,000 miles) and that we were on our own for a spare. They also made a mistake on the title for the trade in. We had to do the leg work to correct and incur expense for a duplicate title for which they promised to reimburse us. 4.5 months later and still no check despite numerous follow up requests. We have really gotten the run around.

We had an emergency situation with our vehicle three days before our trip. they did the basic work but then went Above and Beyond in their speed to make sure that we were ready to go for our trip. their customer service is top-notch and the work they did on our 15 passenger van was superb. Thankful to have a local dealership that understands how to give good service at a quality price!

I bought a car there about a month and a half ago. They did not make the whole buying process the easiest, they kept trying to contact me and since I work second shift they made getting in touch with them more difficult. The guy I talked to seemed very demanding and not helpful at all. Also, I bought a pre-owned car but they told me they would put some gas in the tank for me since it was on empty but instead they did not bother and I left the lot with an empty tank of gas ! I contacted them privately about this and they had no desire to bother with my email ! This was the first time for buying a car and I was not satisfied at all with the service or the fact I had no gas in my tank !!! I would not recommend this place to anyone !!!!!
the body-shop is a joke the manger Jon is a lair and fraud 2 weeks for a bumper repair. no updates and when i call he's "unavailable". he talked to my wife like she was an idiot. Do not do business with them period
