Service department received my vehicle as soon as arrived and maintained the schedule quoted to me for how long would take to perform what I asked them. They made appropriate recommendations for inspection.

I bought a vehicle here when this place was still owned by Fred Beans and had a great experience. Because of that experience I figured since I was in the market for another vehicle I would go back. That was my first mistake. I found a truck online at their dealership that I really liked. I sent them a message saying that I was interested in the vehicle. The next day I received a message from Kristen Toth stating that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. So since the vehicle was sold I started looking somewhere else. Fast forward about a week. I was in the area so I figured I'd stop to see what they had. Low and behold the exact truck I had interest in was sitting on their lot. A black 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins quad cab. I was speechless. Why would they tell me that this vehicle was sold and yet there it was. I'll make the trip to Doylestown to buy from Fred Beans dealership there. Screw this place!!

I bought a car with my husband in 2015. It was a 2008 Hyundai Elantra. When purchased we were shown a Carfax that had reported 2 owners and NO accidents. Two years later, we were thinking of trading in our vehicle. Upon review at another dealership, it turns out our vehicle had frame damage from an accident in 2014, just before we purchased the vehicle. This information was on a new Carfax. Our car went from being worth $3300 to barely even $800 in an instant. We were very upset about this because we still owe close to $3800 on the vehicle and are now stuck with it. It is a money pit. I called Patriot and they are unwilling to do anything other than give us a slightly better trade in value and get us in a new car. What makes them think I want to buy another vehicle with them after this? So much for a "peace of mind guarantee." May be considering a lawsuit at this point and have noticed that I am not the first to have this issue at Patriot. I do not recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle from here!

I did not buy my 2011 Chevy Traverse from Patriot Chevrolet. I do however use their auto repair shop. After several just horrible experiences I've come to a conclusion. Either the auto repair shop continues to rip me off time and time again for thousands of dollars OR Chevy's are truly the worst vehicle. Why is it every time I go for something "simple" there ends up being something horrifically wrong with my Traverse that I've only had for 2 years now. I keep the maintenance up to date yet my 15 year old Volvo that I currently own and a 10+ year Toyota Camry (that no longer own) has never given me this many issues over 10+ years of ownership. We get ice my track control breaks. I hit 83,000 miles my Catalytic Convertor goes (conveniently right after that 80,000 mile warranty expires on it), steering column issues, electrical issues with the HUD lighting, $300 to change light bulbs because the bumper has to come off (LOL wow), water pumps, etc... I mean it's a 2011 and we drive it less than 10 miles a day (< 50 miles a week). Yet all these major repairs. WHY???? The best (worst) part is, every time something is wrong I hear "But it's really difficulty to get to". Well then I think you better reconsider your design(s). I'm so sick of hearing that excuse.

My last visit I don't even think the mechanic read my drop off envelope. Oil change wasn't done. HUD display lights are still broken and my favorite. Of course the 2k repair was done. Of course that's even after I was given an estimate of around $1300.00 but my bill was $1,950.00. I understand an estimate is a "guess" but considering I'd think you'd be a little more close than being off by $600.

Maybe my car is a lemon or an exception. It's hard to believe that considering my whole life I've heard Chevy's were junk. But having a 6 year old and twins we needed a bigger car. This Traverse seemed to fit our needs. But I have to say, between this piece of junk car costing me ridiculous amounts or money just to drive and my experiences at the Auto Shop here I cannot imagine I'll ever but another Chevy again. Super disappointed. For those of you who are on a budget, I would not chance buying a Chevy due to all of the issues you could have. Buy something more reliable.

Stopped in without an appointment for a tire rotation and told it will be about $20. About 45mins later it was done $21.66 for rotation and a $2.84 miscellaneous charge. The cashier had no idea what the miscellaneous charge covers and said to ask the service person that checked me in...he did not know either....he said possibly lift rental?
Either way I find the charge underhanded and shady. I will never go there again. When you get a "miscellaneous charge" see if they can do a better job explaining. If every client gets a "miscellaneous charge" I'm sure that adds up to a good amount of money by the end of the year.

The service manager called me today and explained the misc. charge a bit further and said he has trained his employees to better explain the misc. charge. I was offered a credit as well. I amended this review from 2 to 3 stars for their effort in addressing the situation but not interested in having my feelings changed about the situation with a credit. Their work, dealership and customer service seems to be very good. So don't hesitate to use Patriot Chevy just keep an eye out on your bill should you see a misc. charge. I'm sorry if you think I'm being petty about the misc.charge its just the way I feel about the situation. Good Luck.

My wife and I just purchased two vehicles from Tim Snider over the Labor Day weekend. Despite all my questions and pickiness from start to finish, Tim was always there to answer my questions and to make sure my wife and I were informed about the vehicles we were going to get. Not once, did Tim try to force us to make a decision and he was always very patient and very knowledgeable about all the SUV/trucks we test-drove. The sales manager was also great and gave us a good deal on the value of our trade-in. Another benefit about this dealership is that there is a Starbucks on site, which my wife and kids loved. Patriot Chevrolet of Limerick is a great place to purchase a car!

Also went back for a noise a few months later (2-4) and they told me I needed $900.00 repair. Took it to another mechanic and it was just a simple Lube issue which they did it charge me for.
Agreed on a price and they added another 3 k for the supposed included warranty.

I knew I wanted to buy a truck over a year ago. After I finally narrowed it down what I wanted, I visited Patriot Chevy and met with Kevin Ryan. I found a black 2021 Colorado Z71 loaded with everything I was looking for that arrived earlier that day. I was able to test drive the truck and Kevin thoroughly answered all of my questions. Kevin worked to get all the discounts available to me. I was impressed the checklist he used to ensure nothing was missed. Furthermore, it was truck month so it was used to my advantage. He made it easy to make a deal that I was comfortable without any pressure. He also ordered running boards to install on the truck before I took it home. Before leaving with my brand-new truck, Kevin took the time to go over all of the features and program my bluetooth. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend working with Kevin on your next truck purchase.

They called before doing any work on my vehicle, with the price. They are very thorough. The problem was fixed at a reasonable price. The staff really treat the customers fabulous. The second we got out of my car to start browsing new cars I was immediately greeted by Pat, our sales consultant. He was very down to earth and helped us find what vehicle was best for us. We ended up leasing a 2018 Equinox with matchless monthly payments, when compared to 4 other dealerships we went to. The entire process was easy, explained well, and I felt the most comfortable at this dealership out of the 5 in total we went to shop around at. Have visited dealer couple times for issues with my truck. First time they told me that they drove my truck and couldn t verify anything. Amazing that they drove the truck and couldn t feel anything. OnStar says otherwise!! Truck never left the lot! Went back again and said something about the issue again and was told nothing still couldn t be found. Again truck never left the lot but they said they didn t feel anything. No one offered to road test with me either. Just recently went in to have a service done. I asked about having my tires balanced since they where rotating them. The advisor told me it would cost $40 and that was to have all the tires balanced. I was fine with that and had them do it. When I got home checked and there where new weights on the front of my tires but no new ones on the rear. I know for a fact that the tires that they moved to the rear needed to be balanced also but i guess that is what you get for $40. A half a balance. Also the person working on the truck left a very big spot of grease all over the passenger side fender. Not very happy and will never return!!

I purchased a brand new 16 Silverado LTZ Z71, the day I bought the truck I noticed some black dots on the paint, and scratched door molding on the drivers side. I was told they will order the molding and its no problem. They tried that day to clean the black dots off, all they did was clean a few around the driver door, and leave scuff and squirrel marks in the paint, Strike 1. 18 days later, sales finally told me my parts were in, and I scheduled an appointment, took a day off of work, and came in. The parts were never ordered, and I had to reschedule, huge inconvenience, strike 2. 15 days later I finally had the parts replaced on the truck, only to find a huge, deep scratch down the side of my drivers side doors, and nothing done about the dots. It looks 10x worse now than when I dropped it off. Strike 3. Now I have to trust they will fix the deep scratch correctly when they couldn't even change 2 trim pieces correctly. They admitted they do not have a dedicated body shop, which makes me even more skeptical to trust their service. I am between a rock and a hard place, with a deeply scratched, 4 week old truck.
Also, one of the other service consultants told me that the black dots is a common problem recently as they had their parking lot resprayed and over spray got onto the cars. This makes sense as they are EVERYWHERE on my brand new trucks paint. It honestly looks terrible.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS BUYING FROM Patriot, you may be buying a car with black parking lot tar over spray on the paint, and service who will only scratch the hell out of your clear coat in attempts to fix it.

I'm improving the rating to 2 stars from one star. The reason I am improving the rating is that the dealer did attempt to make everything right, and in most cases did. The truck needed to have both driver side doors completely repainted by an outside shop. To their credit, the paint job and work done there was good, and I am happy with them. I will be leaving their shop 5 stars. The reason I am not giving more than 2 stars is that my truck now has 1800 miles on it, and has already been into a bodyshop and had major work / paint done due to a dealer caused scratch. The dealer did clean most of the black dots and over spray off the truck, but there are still some in areas (not a big deal, and I can finish from here) however they completely skipped the roof. Guess nobody sees this, but I did as soon as I got the truck home. This not the right way to do things, and hopefully this was not intentional. Lastly, and this is probably only an issue for me, but there are now rotary polisher swirls in the clear coat. Ill be hand polishing the entire truck to remove these, not many people know how to use that tool properly, so after everything else, I will let this slide as well and be happy this is over.

I drove truck to work in NJ and lost oil pressure, called Patriot Chevrolet and they took me in that evening and put me in a brand new 2016 Silverado until it was complete. My girlfriend and I just got a 2018 Chevy Equinox from Tom over at Patriot Chevy. As someone who used to work in the industry I recognize and appreciate the fantastic service by the entire team at this dealership. Tom, Dalton, Bret and of course Jason were hands on and exercised seamless execution of this deal from start to finish. Not only was it a pleasant experience, the facilities were beautiful and it was fun to view the classic cars decorating the showrooms. Great experience. A whole lot to say about this place. I went in to look for a new Tahoe and was lucky enough to get Matt Bierer. Matt is the kind of sales representative which we all hope to get when we walk into a dealership. Knew his stuff inside and out, never pushy (very important to me) and worked out the greatest deal we could have hoped for. He continued to go way above and beyond. Brandon Zimmerman is a true asset to your dealership. I took my car (Cadillac) that had been serviced at a Cadillac dealership for 9 years to Patriot because my change oil light came on. I also thought the tires should be rotated. It turns out my tires were so bad that Brandon was honest with me and said he would let a family member drive my car out of there. It's important to see customers as if they were family. He transparently emailed pics of additional damage that was uncovered. He was quick to ensure the car was repaired within 24 hours of our conversation knowing I needed my car for a work trip. Use of photos to talk through the issues is something no other dealership has done for me. As soon as I showed my husband the photos he was 100% yes, fix everything now. When I drove out of the parking lot last night, my 9 year old Cadillac felt brand new. It drove like a dream. Today a tire sensor light popped on. I called Brandon and he had a tech fix it in a minute. I don't know the name of who took care of my car for repairs, but I did shake his hand and thanked him. This is best of class service I never received at Cadillac. Patriot has always serviced our Yukon Denali and other GMC trucks through the years, but I fully trust you now with my Cadillac. Thank you so much!!

As the owner of two businesses, I know what customer service is. Patriot Chevrolet has zero. I bought my $48,000 vehicle from them certified preowned with 90 miles on it in April of 2016. It has been in their shop several times with major malfunctions to the drive train. I bought this Duramax truck to pull a trailer to earn my living and I cannot use it to tow my trailers as it is constantly in the shop with major drivetrain issues. It took them 3 times, all well over a week each, to repair an oil leak. The third time it was in their shop for 31 days. When I went to pick it up after 31 days, the check engine light was already on again. I was told that next time I bring my truck in for repairs, again, to bring my payment statement and the dealership would pay a month for me since it was in their shop for 31 days. That sounds great, untill I went back and told that no payment of goodwill will be paid. So they took back their verbal offer. Absolutely disgusting, but it gets better. I called the general manager of the dealership, Richard Egolf, to find out why it wouldn t be paid. He told me no payment of goodwill would be made either but he will look into it. I m pretty sure we all know what that means! Still gets worse yet; the poor mechanic, which is awesome and deserves a raise, calls me to give me updates on my vehicle for some reason. Shouldn t the mechanic be working on my truck, not providing customer phone calls? I feel a manager should be making those calls, but that is my opinion. So he tells me now the heads will have to be removed and sent out to be repaired. This is a $48,000 2015 Duramax with 36,000 miles. I believe he is right that they need to be repaired and I am not second guessing him. Shouldn t the dealer make good on a truck with this many problems that they sold me? Again, just my opinion. This time it looks like my truck will be in their shop for 2 months because after the engine is repaired then the transmission will be repaired. I know what you are thinking, why not take it somewhere else? Well, I tried and the other GM dealership told me that they can t work on my truck because GM told them Patriot may have caused more problems with my truck than were originally there. So I am stuck in this horrible situation paying a $500 per month truck payment for a vehicle I can t even use to earn my living. Dispicable dealership that does NOT stand by their word. If you read this review on other sites also it is because I am copying and pasting it to all review sites to prevent any other future client of theirs from falling into this sad situation. Want to make it right by me Patriot? Have the owner call me and offer to replace my truck.

It is a shame there aren't 10 stars to rate this Dealership...... they deserve WAY more than 5! Found a car on Carfax and the vehicle was located at Patriot Chevrolet....what a find, and what a great group of individuals to work with...no pressure, honest answers and the work they put into each deal is above and beyond! The gentlemen I dealt with (Craig, Dan (manager), James) they were all very professional and super to deal with! I traveled about 2 hours to get to this place and did not mind going that far when dealing with this kind of service.... I will definitely refer everyone to Patriot Chevrolet....from start to finish (about a month) they were SUPER AWESOME!!! Cannot thank them enough for the steps they took for me! Already looking forward to my next car purchase (shhhh, don't tell my husband) lol

When it comes to customer service it is obvious they hold the highest of standards. I can't say enough about the staff and mangagement her at Patriot. I purchased a new car from Patriot, and traded in my 2015, given the specific options I wanted in my new car, turns out they had the only one in the nation. Therefore I handled all my business with them via telephone and Email, which couldn't have gone any smoother had I been at the dealer in person.

I drove 2700 miles in 40 hours to make it happen, but I am glad I had the great staff there at Patriot to make it as easy as possible.

This review is long, but worth reading, so please ...

This review is long, but worth reading, so please do. To sum it up, the used car department of this dealership is willing to lie to and mislead their own colleagues to make a buck. To get the short story, read the emails in the images. I should first start by saying that the sales rep helping me throughout my experience at Patriot was extremely helpful, beyond the scope of his position and I truly believe he genuinely wanted to help. Had this been a new car, this review may have been positive.

But it wasn't, and I cannot recommend anybody purchase a used vehicle from Patriot Chevrolet - I waited a while to write a review because I wanted to be clear and let my emotions settle. Back in April, I went to look at a used 2013 VW GTI from Patriot. I have been working on cars, and specifically VW / Audis for about 18 years, so I know what to look for in a used car and this one seemed pretty good, so I decided to go forward with the deal.

The CarFax revealed two front-end accidents, not bad enough to total the vehicle and all repair work was completed by VW. That coupled with how the car looked and drove led me to believe it was still a good vehicle, but the price felt high for the risk. This is where the experience began to go downhill. After telling the sales rep (who normally works in new sales) that I felt the price was high given the vehicle's history, the used car manager stepped (read "shoved") in. For 10 minutes I was told how wrong I was. But seeing that I was ready to walk away, the manager agreed to come down a little on the price and was also able to lower the loan interest rate, so we worked out a sale. I was happy enough with the price and the car was what I wanted, so I was happy.

Two weeks later, after driving the car about 150 miles, that changed. I work for an automotive company with access to vehicle lifts. With the GTI on the lift I saw several drips of oil on the ground under the car. Looking up, I saw a large dent in the oil pan and that the drain plug was not sealing, causing a large oil leak. Rust around the dent showed that the dent was pretty old and the leak probably started when the oil was changed at Patriot. I knew I had not done this in my three drives, I've been in other VWs when the oil pan was hit and it's a pretty noticeable experience. I tried to look for this before buying but couldn't get a good look. I took photos of the damage and emailed them to sales rep, asking if the repair would be covered under my warranty. I live an hour from the dealership and don't have much time off from work, so I wanted to know before I drove up.

The rest of the story is covered in the emails pictured. Essentially, I and the sales rep were told that the damage would be covered, at no cost, under warranty by the used car manager. So, my wife and I drove two hours up and back from the dealership to drop the car off for service. The next day I received a call from the service manager stating that the used car manager and tech said the vehicle was not damaged when it left the dealership and it would not be covered under warranty. In almost 20 years of working on cars, I've never seen oil-covered metal rust in two weeks, but... Our Monday night was spent driving another two hours up and back to pick up the car.

I wasn't upset that I would be paying for the repair and doing the work myself. The repair was an hour spent with friends and about $100 in parts. What does bother me is the lengths that this dealership's used car department will go to make money. I was lied to, and so was the sales rep. I'm certain that the used car manager told the sales rep it would be covered thinking I would get the car up there and simply pay for the work to save myself time; so he lied. Instead, he ended up wasting 5 hours of my life, hours of the service team's and sales rep's time, and the dealership's money. Not to mention losing potential customers.

After reading reviews on CarGurus, that seems to be this dealership's M.O. It doesn't really get scummier than that.

I highly recommend this place. Read on for more details. We were in the process of looking for a new car for months. Searching online high and low. We thankfully came across a used model at Patriot and made the trip up to see them, and we were so glad we did. Everyone there was beyond cool. Awesome showroom and selection. Can not thank Pat Luciano in sales enough for spending the time to find out who we were personally and where we needed to be financially and put us in car that we would love. He did nothing but try to get us the best car we could leave the lot with. Not only did he do that, he got us something even better than we were expecting. And also thank you to Dan Carr in finance for making everything clear, easy and concise for us to understand all we needed to know about buying the car. Both were super chill and easy to get along with in the time we were there. I would and will go back for my next vehicle.

Horrible experience. Was told to set up an appointment to see a specific vehicle so that they could better serve me . When I got there a sales guy spent 20 minutes walking around with the keys trying to find the car. He then told me that they must ve sold it. I told him to be sure before I left because I had driven an hour and a half to look at this car. He then came out and told me that it was on a test drive. This was terrible sales service as I made sure to come to my appointment on time and they clearly were out to make a sale and did not care about the customer. I would not recommend this place.

Our recent experience with the service department at Patriot Chevrolet was excellent. Our appointment was conveniently scheduled. We were able to drop our car off after hours and service was performed the following day. Our car was ready to pick up on our way home from work that evening. Reminders were received from the service department via text message which we also thought was convenient Honestly we are enjoying our car buying and servicing experience with Patriot.

I am on my second Equinox lease through Patriot. I love this vehicle and can only give praise for its reliability and style. Always have an excellent experience in both Sales and Service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I just pull up and the car was whisked away for oil changes or maintenance. The service department keeps me posted on what was going on and the timeline. Complementary Starbucks coffee as well. Nice perk!

Dalton greeted us and suggested that Tim show us to the Equinox. Tim was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous options and worked with us to find what we wanted. After we settled on the product Dalton and Adam helped us to conclude the process.
