Had very bad experience with this company. We have been running our domain name registration and mail hosting through this party for years. A while ago we undressed our package on the advice of CSV. Last week it suddenly appeared that our complete mail and website were out and that our domain name was already offered for sale via SIDN. What turned out eventually; instead of undressing the package, CSV had canceled the complete package while the package had already been paid for. The customer service was particularly difficult to reach and after a number of calls to customer service, the 'sales' line was eventually called which was answered immediately. After being out of the air for 4 (!) Days (both our mail accounts and our compelte website) everything went live again. All in all not recommended this party. We therefore consider leaving the entire package.
