CSD Relay Review

Love the work, don't like the schedule changes every month

I gave this place 2 stars because they fired someone after they had worked 3 weeks. The firing was due to a background check. CSD never asked about the surrounding circumstances or anything. I inquired to upper HR Management for reconsideration and all I got quoted was csd policies and procedures.
However, the Trainers JiJi and Rebecca was awesome. We were trained very well. The pay was good but csd really needs to revise their unfair hiring practices....

Excellent place to work. Highly recommend. Worked as communication assistant. Hopefully returning back to work there.

I worked at CSD-Relay (formerly known as USA-Relay) at this location for about a year in the late 1990s. It was one of the most rewarding experiences for me. I learned a lot about the deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired community and how to communicate with them when not at work. I wish they had a call center in San Antonio, Texas; I would return in a heartbeat!

Love working Here. Been here 25 years as of April 1st!! Great place to work. Some only planned to be there a year and they have been there 5 years!! Come join us!

Absolute garbage place to work. They are contracted by sprint so go figure. Seriously dear reader, if you are considering employment here, DONT!
