I gave this place 2 stars because they fired some...

I gave this place 2 stars because they fired someone after they had worked 3 weeks. The firing was due to a background check. CSD never asked about the surrounding circumstances or anything. I inquired to upper HR Management for reconsideration and all I got quoted was csd policies and procedures.
However, the Trainers JiJi and Rebecca was awesome. We were trained very well. The pay was good but csd really needs to revise their unfair hiring practices....
