I worked at CSD-Relay (formerly known as USA-Relay) at this location for about a year in the late 1990s. It was one of the most rewarding experiences for me. I learned a lot about the deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired community and how to communicate with them when not at work. I wish they had a call center in San Antonio, Texas; I would return in a heartbeat!
